We loved the country setting of Veronica's place. It is quiet and off the beaten path. She shared with us some of her favorite places to hike and see the fall foliage, which totally made our stay there. The room was very comfortable and we felt like we had adequate privacy.

We had a very comfortable stay in a charming home at Veronica's place. We arrived late but veronica had communicated all details with me quickly including responding to my very last minute booking request. There were fresh cookies waiting to greet us The surroundings are beautiful and the room and bed super comfortable Thanks so much to veronica for hosting our quick getaway

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at Veronica’s house in the beautiful New Hampshire countryside. We arrived after dark but had no problem finding the house using her directions. We had the whole upstairs to ourselves and the bedrooms are large with very comfortable beds. Her house is located a couple of miles out of Keene in a quiet wooded area. It is a short drive down into Keene where we found plenty of places to eat (and don’t close at 6PM). Her house has a lot of character with its beautiful old wooden floors and beams from the 1780’s. While drinking coffee in the morning, we saw a large pack of wild turkeys stroll through her yard. We only stayed one night but would have stayed longer if our itinerary allowed. We will definitely try to stay with her again the next time we visit New Hampshire.

My friend and I are students at Antioch in Keene and needed a place to stay overnight. Veronica's home was lovely. The room was very clean and cozy, as was the bathroom, and there was access to WiFi. There were various toiletries available in case we forgot anything (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, etc.). Veronica had a wedding to go to so she was unable to be there when we got in, but she was sure to make us aware of this ahead of time and we made arrangements accordingly. It was so quiet and peaceful, just what I needed after a day of class!

Veronica User ProfileVeronica is a superhost.

I love to cook, read, take walks with my dog, workout, and do yoga. I am a nurse by profession and love my job! I live with my husband Zach, who may be the one to greet you upon your arrival and who is likely to be traveling with me if I am reserving your room/home.

I absolutely love to host! My out-of-town friends encouraged me to open up my house to other visitors, because hosting comes so naturally to me and I live in such a beautiful part of the world. I can be an active or quiet host- depending on what you would like. I am happy to share my favorite places with you and to give you tips and directions. Join me for a meal and a walk, or I am also happy to give you peace and quiet.

I love to travel and have been to Samoa, Fiji, China, Japan, Ireland, Scotland, Russia, Costa Rica,47 of the United States, all 10 Canadian Provinces, and the Caribbean. I love to stay with local people when I travel and to give back to the communities that I visit. As much as I love to travel, I still believe that I live in the most beautiful place in the world. Home is where the heart is- and my home is in small-town New Hampshire.
