The 65 sq.m. comfortable and pleasing apartment, situated on the first floor right in the heart of the historical centre of Orta, was tastefully restored preserving the original architectonic style.

“CASA AL LAGO”
The “Casa al Lago” , a typical ancient building dating back to the XVIII Century is situated right in the historical center of Orta San Giulio; it overlooks Via Olina, the main street of this pretty town, and is surrounded by ancient and noble mansions, where visitors can enjoy the sight of beautiful ironworks, one of the most ancient crafts widely practised in this area.
The main entrance to the house is on Vicolo Olina, a pedestrian lane leading directly to the lakeside.
The building is just a few steps away from the picturesque Piazza Motta, nicknamed the “drawing room” with its bars and restaurants overlooking the wharf and featuring panoramic terraces from which the visitors can enjoy the breathtaking view of the magic Isle of San Giulio.
During your stay in this town of rare beauty the total absence of cars, the murmur of the waves lapping on the shore and the majestic ancient scenery will take you back in time and make you feel as if breathing a sort of Venetian atmosphere ……

Each room is characterized by an ancient and authentic lacunar ceiling with massive beams of solid chestnut wood.
It is quite close to restaurants, bars and cocktail lounges, pubs and various stores and shops.

Dovete sapere che è nostro interesse mantenere la villetta, gli appartamenti e la camera in ottimo stato di manutenzione e pulizia al fine di garantirvi la migliore permanenza...gli appartamenti e la camera si trovano in posizione centrale mentre la villetta Casallegra si trova fuori dal centro storico a circa 1,5 km e dispone di parcheggio privato e giardino. Tutti sono curati nei minimi particolari per assicurarvi un soggiorno piacevole e rilassante! L'esperienza pluriennale in questo settore ci ha permesso di maturare competenza e accortezza... Qui da noi troverete, inoltre, persone pronte ad accogliervi con la massima disponibilità in un ambiente amichevole e famigliare e questo è cio' che più ci contraddistingue! L'ottima reputazione e il buon passaparola dei visitatori è il nostro miglior biglietto da visita e rappresenta per voi una garanzia.

You should know that it,s our best interest to keep the house, the apartments and the room in good state of repair and cleaning, in order to guarantee the best stay ... the room and the apartments are centrally located instead the house Casallegra is located about 1,5 km from the old centre and offers a private parkig and a nice garden. All are treated in detail to ensure you a nice and relaxing stay! Many years of experience in this field has enabled us to gain expertise and foresight ... Here, you also find people who are ready to welcome you with the maximum availability in a friendly and familiar atmosphere and this is what 'distinguishes us most!We are very happy to do this work because thanks to airbnb we could meet nice people from all over the world.
