Monique is friendly and helpful.Monique is so nice to prepare high-chair and plastic tableware for my children. Her apartment is convenient to any attraction and supermarket ,my children and I enjoyed the trip in Sydney.
In a good location that worked well for my brother and me. Monique was friendly and helpful. It was also a pleasant surprise to find the inside of the apartment nicer than the rest of the building. Although the air-con wasn’t operational during our 3 days stay, it wasn’t really needed with the lovely Sydney weather. ☺
Lucky the weather was on your side Hong. I got to the bottom of the air-con scenario - it is working perfectly - the previous guest had switched the power OFF on the outside fan unit. I am sorry I didn't notice this prior to your stay. At least I know what to look for now!
Apartment is in a good location it is a 10 minute walk from the "main" central station and redfren station, close to shopping and a grocery store. Monique was very helpful and friendly when we checked in. I would definitely stay here again
A great apartment in a location that worked well for us. Monique was there to welcome us and advise us on transport, shopping and the huge array of cafe and dining options within walking distance of the apartment.
Monique was very accommodating with arrival and departure times and was willing to be available if we needed anything else.
The apartment was a great size for us as a couple, and the balcony was a delight to sit on and listen to the sounds of the neighborhood in the evenings. Comfy furnishings and everything you could need in the kitchen for making your own meals. A fabulous king sized bed made sleeping great in a new space.
Unfortunately the lift motor in the apartment block had burned out prior to our arrival and wasn't fixed while we were there, however Monique kept us informed of what was being done. The trips up and down the stairs certainly made us fitter!
I thought the place was great! Very good location with plenty of things to do in the area. Monique was friendly and helpful; would love to stay here again if I come back to Sydney!
The unit was in an excellent locate. Close to trains, buses and within walking of Central station.
Quiet and handy to shops.
The pigeons need some training to not nest on the balcony but all in all a very convenient unit to stay in. It was just what we needed and we knew we could contact Monique if required. Thankfully we didn't have to contact her.
Thank you Monique
Two pigeons took up residence during Trish & Shelley's stay - I did not know of their existence until Trish & Shelley were soon to check-out - they are being dealt with by my body corporate immediately. I am sincerely sorry for the inconvenience they caused Trish.
