Chippendale has been dubbed 'Hippendale' with its cool choice of art galleries, bars, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is also close to fabulous shopping and dining options at the Central Park precinct, Crown St, Surry Hills, Oxford St, Paddington and King St, Newtown.

Guests will be greeted upon arrival with keys and brief tour of apartment. Owner lives 10 minutes away and is on hand to deal with any problems that may arise.
Chippendale is a small inner-city suburb of Sydney, on the southern edge of the CBD. It is located between Broadway to the north and Cleveland Street to the south, Sydney Central railway station to the east and the University of Sydney to the west.
Chippendale was notable for being the location of the 168-year-old Carlton & United brewery which closed in December 2006 to make way for the Central Park development which has turned the 5.8 Hectare site into a wonderful blend of residential, commercial and parkland space.
Chippendale is a vibrant, creative hub with many art galleries, restaurants, bars and cafes to explore.

The apartment has a convenient bus stop located just outside the building which goes to Bondi Junction in one direction & Marrickville in the other. Broadway/George St is a 5 minute walk to catch buses heading to the CBD & Circular Quay. Redfern train station is a 10 minute walk & Central train station is a 15 minute walk. There is also on-street parking available.
