We bought our unit 10 years ago because it is in a small block of four, on a quiet street, in a beautiful established neighbourhood, with a leafy outlook. It has no common walls and is walking distance to the harbour/rose bay ferry and bondi beach.

It is centrally located between Sydney Harbour and Bondi Beach on a quiet street in an exclusive area.Close to all the popular spots but without the noise, a short walk in either direction puts you on the ferry service around Sydney Harbour, the quaint restaurants and shops of Plumer Road or at the nightlife and beach scene of Bondi.
The apartment would particularly suit a couple with one or two children or those visiting friends/family in the Eastern Suburbs area. Two couples would also find the place comfortable. There is plentiful parking so those with a car would find the location particularly convenient and all popular spots only a few minutes drive. For those walking, Bondi Beach is approximately 15 minutes in one direction and the ferry/harbour a 15 minute walk in the other direction.
