  • This house was very roomy for our group of 12. The location is half a block from a good Starbucks, which should be mentioned! Additionally, Safeway and CVS right one block away. We walked to and from them numerous times. Other great restaurants and nightlife made the area very safe and secure for us.

  • Allen was a great host; a group of us flew over to Washington DC from the UK for a wedding and the house in Adams Morgan was absolutely perfect for our needs. Allen was always very easy to reach, responded promptly to emails and met us at the property to give us a tour and information about the area. I would thoroughly recommend renting with Allen and in particular this spacious 5 bedroom home.

  • Allen was a fantastic host for us. We were a group of 10 ladies who came to DC to run the Nike Womens Half Marathon. We did some of our own cooking, and found the house well supplied with kitchen needs. The rooms were all lovely and the house had a fantastic ambiance and great location in the Adams Morgan neighborhood. Allen was easy to reach via email and always responded very promptly to my questions. He very kindly even left a few smartrip metro passes for us to use. All of us loved the property and found it a cozy and spacious home away from home. I would definitely return and would highly recommend this accommodation to others.

The redhead next to me is my wife Ana. We have 2 daughters who are grown and are on their own ( not really, if you are a parent you know) and a 14 pound Schnoodle ( he thinks he is a giant). We have been living in the DC metro area for about 36 years and absolutely love it. Washington DC is a beautiful city, it really is and for people coming here to spend their vacations or attend conferences (Walter E. Washington Convention Center), weddings (so many beautiful churches), funerals (The Arlington Cemetery), graduations (so many great universities), sight seeing (do I need to mention this?), museums, festivals etc. etc.. There isn't any city that offers so much. I manage the properties and Ana tells me what to do!!!! We are a great team and enjoy doing what we do.
