  • The apartment was very clean, and streamlined. The accommodations were perfect for our large group (we also rented the upstairs unit). There were not mechanical or other issues, and the location was superb. Walking distance to the Metro and restaurants and nightlife in Adams Morgan. Loved it!

  • Allan's basement apartment is in the perfect location. The Metro is a few blocks away but since there were five of us the taxi ride to and from the Mall was also convenient. The apartment itself is clean, lots and lots of towels, which we were grateful for. Grocery near and we all ate breakfast at the apartment. Walked to the Zoo. Great restaurants near. Tons of ethic food, yummy New Orleans style seafood boil. My two grandchildren loved the neighborhood. Washer/dryer was such a luxury. All in all we had a grand trip.

  • Allen's place worked out perfectly for us! It is a nice apartment and the location was excellent. We were able to walk most places or if we were too tired to walk, it was a short distance to the Metro.

The redhead next to me is my wife Ana. We have 2 daughters who are grown and are on their own ( not really, if you are a parent you know) and a 14 pound Schnoodle ( he thinks he is a giant). We have been living in the DC metro area for about 36 years and absolutely love it. Washington DC is a beautiful city, it really is and for people coming here to spend their vacations or attend conferences (Walter E. Washington Convention Center), weddings (so many beautiful churches), funerals (The Arlington Cemetery), graduations (so many great universities), sight seeing (do I need to mention this?), museums, festivals etc. etc.. There isn't any city that offers so much. I manage the properties and Ana tells me what to do!!!! We are a great team and enjoy doing what we do.
