Alban is a really lovely guy, very nice and helpful. The room was good and the bed was comfortable. I especially enjoyed the balcony which is a great place to sit down and relax with a view of the rooftops. The place is in the neighbourhood of La Roquette which is a very typical yet quiet part of Arles.
I hope I can go back.
We really enjoyed staying with Alban. His house was warm and welcoming. Alban also helped us when we had a flat tyre, he brought us to a repair centre and spoke in French (as car stuff is outside our repertoire of the french language!) The room and house was really tastefully decorated and the breakfast was fantatstic and great value. We would definately recommend staying here as the hosts were fantastic and it is a perfect location for exploring the Camargue/ Avignon/ Pont du Gard.
We had a very good stay in Arles with Alban! From the beginning he did everything he could to make us feel welcome and comfortable starting with fetching us rom the train station. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was beautifully decorated. We were served a generous and delicious breakfast every morning and were made to feel welcome to use the kitchen. We spent our evenings drinking wine together and playing music. It was a very special few days that we will never forget. You cannot go wrong staying here! Heinrich and I will be back to see the museum and the roof top terrace!
