Response from Martha Claytor:

There is an ELEVATOR in the building and there is STREET parking.
Mr Jay Caldwell should have READ
1) listing description or
2) message sent upon his booked reservation or
3) "House Manual" where there is a lot of helpful information for guests including we have an elevator and about parking.
"ELEVATOR. The Alexa Building does have one elevator. There are four stairwells throughout the building."
"PARKING. There is street parking. There are many pay to park lots in the area owned by different companies. Look online “parking lots in Hollywood.” Directly next door is a public pay to park structure."
I believe it is smart to pay to park because I strongly suggest to READ the signs. Mr Caldwell could have been ticketed or towed since reading is recommended.
Mr Caldwell did not communicate with us. He could have contacted me or the building manager to ask where is the elevator located and information about parking.
