This holiday apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift from the mezzanine floor. At the main entrance there are about twelve steps going up to the lift.
It is a truly fanciful 90 square metres holiday apartment, totally refurbished in 2010. It has an elegant open plan lounge-dining room perfectly laid out. In the lounge area there is a French window facing the market. The modern kitchen is fully furnished and fitted with top of the range electrical appliances. Besides, it is totally equipped with all necessary kitchenware so that you and your party will be able to enjoy delicious meals during your holidays. A large indoor window connects the kitchen with the lounge-dining room and it can be closed to keep away smoke and smells when cooking. The vacation apartment San Martin has three double bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom fitted with a shower cubicle. The other two bedrooms have single beds; one of them bunk beds and the other a trundle bed. They share the second bathroom, also fitted with a shower cubicle. The three bedrooms in the apartment face a large open air courtyard what makes them very peaceful and tranquil.
This holiday accommodation is situated just opposite San Martin Market, where it takes its name from. It is the most important market in San Sebastian together with La Bretxa Market, in the Old Town. San Martin Market was recently refurbished and, both inside and in the surrounding area, it is possible to find all sorts of shops, both traditional as well as fashionable with the best and latest brand names.
This vacation apartment is ideally situated just a step away from La Concha Beach and a mere five minute walk from the Old Town. The walk crosses the beautiful Alderdi Eder Gardens while at the same time enjoys gorgeous panoramic views of the Concha Bay.
San Martin also offers WI-FI Internet system and it is perfect for those looking to explore the city as it's close to everything.
This apartment doesn't have a garage and the parking situation in the area is difficult and expensive. If you're coming to San Sebastian by car we can reserve for you a parking spot at a nearby car park when you make your apartment reservation.

Great location. On the 4th floor ...2 min walk to La Concha, 5 min walk to old town, accross from st martin market. Everything you need is nearby by. The place is as advertised and made for a pleasant stay for a grown up family of 4.
Apartamento muy bien ubicado, a 2 minutos de la playa se la Concha, buena distribución , ideal para grupo d amigos o familiaa con niños.
Great apartment, EXCELLENT location! The apartment is 1-2 blocks from La Concha beach and an easy walk to Old Town for amazing pinxtos. It was very clean and well maintained, the check-in process was smooth. Highly recommend.

Super appartement, super lieu.... à 2 min à pied de la plage, à 5 min à pied de la vieille ville... surface nickel pour 6 personnes!! A recommander sans hésiter... un pur moment dans une ambiance design!
Il faudrait juste rajouter (des détails): un étendoir pour les serviettes et un autre miroir en dehors des salles de bain et cela serait parfait!
De plus, Juan est réactif aux questions que l'on peut lui poser!
