Welcome to Let It Be, a quiet and equipped apartment located in Gussago, in the beautiful Franciacorta. Just 6 km from Brescia and 16 km from Lake Iseo; highway tolls 6 km away. Full kitchen, living room with sofa bed, double bedroom with walk-in closet; study area with Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. Small private outdoor space. Ideal for visiting Franciacorta, Brescia (Capital of Culture 2023) and the lakes of Iseo and Garda. Close to all essential amenities.

The kitchen has all the necessary equipment, there is also a coffee machine with Nespresso capsules, a kettle and a microwave oven; separate waste collection is kindly requested and for extra needs or requests you can easily contact me, I am at your disposal. The apartment has an internal size of about 50 square meters, therefore comfortable for two people but with the possibility of accommodating up to four people using the sofa bed in the living room (mattress measures 140x190). Bedroom with double bed (mattress size 170x200), dresser and TV.
Possibility to arrange a cot with side rails for children and a high chair. The bathroom is complete with a hairdryer and there is a washing machine.
The apartment has air conditioning and a fan; bedding and towels are available for all guests.
For your safety, the apartment has: a fire extinguisher, a monoxide detector and a gas leak detector.
