Steps to the city center, beautiful beaches, Curacao Museum, Mangrove Park, and beautiful and colorful historic buildings in the city center. While our place is compact, it packs a big punch! Including free parking spots.

The apartment features in one bedroom a comfortable king-size bed and in the other bedroom a queen size bed, both bedrooms A/C, hangers, fridge, open kitchen, Smart tv (to log in with your Netfix account), free Wi-Fi, dining and seating area, towels, wash clothes and fresh high-quality linen is provided to every guest.

The building consist also of a pool area for relaxation and socializing. At 6.5 meters in length and 3.5 meters in width, the pool provides ample room for leisurely swims.

We are delighted to inform you that our establishment features a generously-sized conference room, complete with state-of-the-art amenities. This conference room is available for reservations at an hourly fee, allowing you to conduct productive meetings and presentations in a professional setting. With beautiful views of Otrobanda, we offer you the perfect space to meet in a relaxing atmosphere while you can enjoy your coffee break on the balcony with the breathtaking view of the Otrobanda skyline!

This is a private space, exclusive for your use. Make yourself at home! Guests are welcome to utilize our conference room, suitable for up to six individuals. Reservations are required and a fee applies. Additionally, our guests have access to the pool area for their enjoyment.

Other things to note
- This is a compact apartment (about 45 square meters). It is ideal for up to 4 people since it has two separate bedrooms.

- The apartment is located in a historic neighborhood. Loud music is not permitted at any time. There are security cameras on the exterior spaces of the building.

- The building does not have an elevator and guests may need to climb one set of stairs.

- The place has Pagatinu. This is a prepaid system to buy electricity. Electricity is excluded, but water is included. The approximate cost for electricity is about 5 USD a day (based on the use of 1 Ac for 8 hours a day).

Pagatinu/ prepaid electricity is available at almost every gas station and supermarket on the island.

- As with any regular Airbnb stay, daily housekeeping is not included but we’re happy to drop off towels & toiletries as needed

The apartment is located in Otrobanda, Willemstad. Otrabanda is a historically important quarter of our capital, Willemstad, Curaçao. This beautiful district came to a bloom when the once walled city of Punda, Willemstad, became overpopulated.

Otrobanda stands 'the other side’ and is connected to Punda by the Queen Emma Bridge (also known as "The Swinging Old Lady”). If you travel by car from Punda to Otrobanda, you use the Queen Juliana Bridge.

Otrabanda has a several highlights like: the brand new hospital (2019), the famous Kura Hulanda Hotel, Restaurant The Gouverneur and the modern shopping mall and movie theater at Renaissance Resort and Casino. The Brionplein (Brion Plaza) is the centerpiece of Otrobanda’s waterfront.

Willemstad has over 700 UNESCO listed buildings and many are located in Otrabanda. Most of these buildings have been restored and renovated to serve as homes, shops, restaurants and hotels.

Otrabanda is hip and upcoming and a very popular place to live!
