Welcome to our newly-remodeled lakeside property off the shores of Lake Erie!

Our home features 3 beds, 2 baths, open-concept living area, 2 office spaces, brand new fully-stocked kitchen and plenty of outdoor space including a covered front porch and fireplace.

Entry to the private access beach at Grandview Bay is just 100 steps. We welcome family vacations, a friends reunion or just a little weekend getaway!

There's plenty of room for outdoor activities including a fenced-backyard, fire pit and amazing views of Lake Erie from the front porch.

The home is in walking/biking distance of Mickey Rats, Turtle Joe's, Connors Hot Dog Stand, The Lakeside Market, Stroh's, Castaways and Evans Town Park.

The property is situated close to several local wedding venues on Lake Erie including SunCliff on the Lake, Camp Pioneer and The Evangola State Park.
