Four of the bedrooms have a seaside balcony offering a breathtaking ocean view. All but two bedrooms (which are furnished with twin beds) have king-size beds or super king-size beds. All bedrooms have sufficient space to fit a baby cot.

Villa Sunyata is designed to be a home away from home and that extends down to the food system. The villa features a kitchen with a skilled cooking team and a dining table comfortably seating 16 people. The cook would be happy to make recommendations and help you navigate the Thai dishes available in the villa menu.
Groceries and beverages are charged at market price plus 25% handling fee. Guests are encouraged to order their meals in a family style method. The cook buys fresh products from the market every day, so it is best to anticipate the requests one day in advance. The cooking will also try accommodate any special requests or dietary needs.
We are pleased to confirm that breakfast is included as part of your villa rental experience.
We welcome guests from all corners of the globe, each with their own unique morning preferences! To ensure a satisfying start for the majority of our visitors, we offer two carefully curated breakfast options - the Classic American Set or the Traditional Asian Set - served buffet style. To allow our team to plan and source the freshest ingredients efficiently, we kindly ask that you select one of these two buffet options for the entire duration of your stay.
Please Note: To maintain the highest quality and smooth service, combining items from the two set buffets is not possible.
