The space
This stunning modern home boasts an idyllic beachfront location on the Great Peconic Bay. Surrounded by three acres of serene woodland and with over 200 feet of beachfront, the Spectacular Beachfront Contemporary offers a seamless blend of luxury and nature.
The home is designed with five half-levels to maximize the view and the beach-facing walls are entirely composed of glass. Abundant natural light fills the home and the tasteful furnishings reflect a sense of calm. The open floor plan and high ceilings in the living area ensure breathtaking water views from every angle!
The top-floor Primary Bedroom boasts a private deck and incredible bay views from the built-in King-sized bed. There is central air-conditioning, a Samsung Smart TV, and blackout curtains for your comfort.
Down a flight of stairs is a gorgeous ensuite Primary Bath featuring an oversized double shower, a large floating vanity with an LED mirror, and a luxurious soaking tub. Around the corner is a cozy entertainment center fully stocked with books, board games, and a 55' Samsung Smart TV.
On the Main level, a spacious living area with leather sectional furniture and a gas fireplace opens onto an expansive outdoor deck. The deck is accessible from the sliding glass doors facing the bay and has several chaise lounges and armchairs, a roll-out awning for shade, and a large Weber gas grill. There is a lower deck with an outdoor dining table and umbrella (seats 10) for al fresco dining!
Back inside on the Main Level, there is a newly remodeled Kitchen that showcases a beautiful waterfall island with seating for three, new Samsung kitchen appliances, and a wine/beverage center. The dining table comfortably seats 10 and the kitchen and bar cart are both very well-equipped for all of your culinary needs!
Descending down a flight of stairs to the Entry level, you'll find a large Queen guest room with a window seat and private ensuite bathroom. In the hallway, there is a shared bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity.
Down a short flight of stairs, the Lower level features three bedrooms - two bedrooms with Queen beds, and one bedroom with a set of Twin beds, as well as a utility room with a washer/dryer and baby equipment.
Now, kick off your shoes and step off the Main deck right into the sand! There is a beachfront deck with four comfortable Adirondack chairs and a beach equipment shed stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, life jackets, and kids' beach toys for your enjoyment. Two stand-up paddleboards and two sit-on kayaks are provided for exploring the bay!
The property also features a large backyard, two quilted hammocks positioned in shady locations, a heated outdoor shower, and an extra-large SoloStove wood-burning fire pit for beach bonfires.
Kindly note that the 3-acre property is shared with the Beach Cottage, situated further back on the wooded property. There are separate parking areas, beach access, and beach equipment for each home, and plenty of privacy between the two houses. For groups requiring extra accommodation, the charming 2BR/2BA Beach Cottage (www.airbnb.com/h/cottagepeconicbay) is also available for rent!

Guest access
Full access to the house, backyard, and the eastern 100' of private beachfront on the property. The Beach Cottage may also be occupied during your stay and they have their own separate parking area, beach access, and beach equipment.
Please Note: After booking, you will receive an email requiring you to e-sign our rental agreement and upload your ID. A $500 deposit will be held on your credit card two days before your stay and released seven days after your departure.
Other things to note
The house is located in close proximity to many of the area's attractions including wineries, restaurants, farm stands, fish markets, local gourmet shops, boutiques, parks, tennis courts, playgrounds, beaches, and more!
Optimum internet and cable television are provided.
There is free onsite parking for 3-4 vehicles in the large backyard.
