Hot tub Heating is Included in room rate. Pool Heating to @ 86-88° is optional, but is $75/night (March-Nov)Or $100/night (Dec-Feb) x # of reserved nights. Partial heating is not allowed since we start heating pool days in advance of stay. If extreme weather (below 40s), owner will turn off pool heat and pool heating fee will be refunded.

IMPORTANT: DO NOT RENT THIS HOUSE if you plan on having loud or late night partying/pool use. CITY QUIET HOURS are 10pm-7 am (and neighbors will REPORT YOU). The City is cracking down on all noise violations so POOL and HOT TUB USE ENDS at 10pm and we ask that you bring the guests INSIDE the house at 10pm.
