Splendid apartment in a great location. The cats are awesome and quite playful. A+ would stay again.
We stayed at Jennifer´s place for a couple of days and were very happy with the apartment. The location was perfect, ideal for going around Downtown, with very nice cafes and bars nearby. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed to survive in the flat.
We didn´t meet Jennifer, because she was traveling but we were welcomed and taken care of by King , the super of the building. He made sure that we were comfortable and Jennifer was always reachable by phone whenever we had questions.
The kitties were adorable, it was very easy to communicate with them, and they were very playful once the initial shyness was over.
Overall it was a very nice experience and we would recommend staying here without a doubt!
Thank you so much Jennifer, Smeagol and Stinker!
Our days at Jennifers House were wonderful and just perfect. Her place is very nice and the cats are lovely. Its clean und you have fresh towels and everything else what you need. We also really enjoyed the balcony, its perfect for sit outside a while and enjoy whats going on in the street. Its very quiet and save area. also king, the manager from the house is very nice. Jennifer answer always very fast and she was more then nice to us. i can recommend highly this place and i really hope i can go back. the metro station its just 2 minutes walk, you can also walk to chinatown, brooklin bridge, little italy, soho, financial district. Thank you so much for everything.
A great apartment so comfortable and bright in the best neighborhood in the city. The cats are so lovely and will make you feel so at home. I wish Jennifer didn't come home I could have stayed there forever.
We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer's place. She was a lovely host and the cats very also nice, well behaving companionship. The apartment is very well located, nice restaurants at a walking distance, and subway at a convenient distance to reach the center uptown. I would happily suggest anyone to stay at her place for a great stay at NY.
Jennifer has a nice home she's very professional with her tenants. Everything was clean and tidy as we moved in.
The cats are cute and fun to play with just be sure you want to deal with cats in small space, it takes some extra time to take care of cleaning. That's why it's a more reasonable rent.
The area is nice with lots of Galleries and great Restaurants and shops nearby. The building is very quiet and well kept from a really nice Super.
Jennifer was a great host. Unfortunately, we couldn't meet, but she took care of everything and replied to all our emails as soon as she could. King, the super, helped a lot, too! The apartment is clear, well furnished and the cats are so nice! We really had a great stay. Can't wait to come back!
About the Host, Jennifer
I'm a visual artist and I travel frequently for exhibitions and projects. I love seeing new places and meeting new people, trying their food and trying to cook it when I get home, and hearing what the world is listening to, seeing what it is reading. And while I'm away, I like knowing that my place is enjoyed by like-minded travelers.
