CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:
Early check -in or late check- out is based on availability with an extra fee associated.
- You will receive simple and easy to follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.
- A rental contract will be provided by the greeter at check-in for you to sign. Before
checking into the property, we must collect a credit card and photo ID to verify your
identity and cover any incidentals
- Guests must provide both the same credit card and ID at time of check in.
- You are choosing to book our home using a 3rd party website and not booking direct.
Airbnb does not share your info with us. When you book, you are agreeing to submit a
copy of your photo ID, your email address, and credit card to us after you book. This is
standard procedure for professional property managers, just like hotels. Age minimum
26 and no pets or 'service pets are allowed'.

As part of our check-in process, we ask that all guests complete our credit card verification form prior to arrival. We understand that you have already provided your credit card information through the third-party booking platform. However, because your reservation was made through a third party, we do not have a way to independently verify that the credit card being used is valid, belongs to the cardholder, and matches the name listed on the reservation.
Due to recent fraudulent activity, we have implemented this additional verification step as a security measure to help protect both our guests and our properties. The verification form requests the full credit card number so that we can confirm the card being used is authorized by the cardholder and associated with the guest making the reservation.
We hope you understand that this process is in place for your best interest as well as ours. Our goal is to help prevent fraudulent activity, protect our guests from unauthorized use of their payment information, and ensure a safe and secure booking process for everyone.

Additional Daily rate for pool heating
- The pool can be heated during the winter months when the natural pool temperature
drops due to lower outside air temperatures for an additional fee. When heated, the
temperature will be maintained the best we can during winter months. Pool
temperatures are set for the 87 degrees, but as the temperatures drop, so do the pool
temperatures. We generally recommend that the pool be heated October 15th through
May 31st in order to be a comfortable swimming temperature. To ensure the pool is
heated for your arrival we require a minimum 3-day advance notice. If you decide to take
advantage of the optional pool/spa heat it is required for the entire duration of your stay,
it cannot be turned on and off daily.
*If there is an amenity that has an issue during your stay we reserve the right to fix it before you have the ability to cancel or get a refund. If we issue a refund it will be up to a max of 10% off for that night. ** If we are able to fix it there will be no refund applied,. If its out of our control such as ac, water leak, or plumbing issues, we will not offer any refund.
EVENTS:
- This property does not currently accommodate special events. i.e. Corporate events,
holiday parties, weddings/receptions, etc.
For your reference, the City defines “vacation rentals” or “short term rentals” as dwelling
units for a rental term of less than 30 days to transient guests. They are considered the
