This home is just steps away from the state of the art Beach Club which includes a clubhouse, outdoor fireplace, 3900 square foot infinity edge style heated pool, an over-sized jetted hot tub, a full fitness facility and expansive decks in which to view the beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
This fabulous 2281 square foot, three bedroom, three bath, home boasts an open floor plan. Amazing very large screened in porch with dining table, sofas and TV. From there you will walk into the main living room, kitchen and dining area. There is also a Master on the main with full double sink ensuite w shower. Master has its own outside deck and TV.
Past the kitchen on the first floor you will find the laundry room. The upstairs hall you will find a desk for any work you might have to do on vacation. Both bedrooms upstairs include a full bath with a tub/shower combo, TV.

TOPSAIL STATE PARK - Located Next Door-The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Enjoy! Just a brief walk or bike ride away.
