Spacious, charming, exceptionally bright and well located apartment on the top floor of an older 3 story building. Enjoy a quiet street steps away from most attractions and the metro/bus system. I have bikes available for guests to use free of charge
Excellent location downtown on a quiet hidden street. Spacious apartment on the top floor of a quiet and very charming triplex. Many original architectural details and features. Solid wood floors, doors and cabinetry. Plaster mouldings throughout. VERY bright with large windows that face South.
Unbeatable location, 3 minutes from Metro Atwater, steps from St. Catherine Street, Alexis Nihon Shopping Mall, numerous grocery stores, and countless restaurants, bars and cafes. Walking distance from Crescent street, Peel street, the historic Lachine Canal, Atwater market, Windsor Station and other attractions. This apartment is located in the Shaugnessy Village, one of Montreal's oldest and densest neighbourhoods.
Amenities include a free washer/dryer, full kitchen with gas stove, living room and seperate bedroom. There is free but limited parking on the street directly in front of the building. More available in the surrounding area making it rarely impossible to find a spot further than 5 minutes walk.
My home is suitable for respectful and mature guests. No pets or smoking.
The apartment is equipped with WFI, free laundry and cable (website hidden) supplies (spices, oil, coffee, tea) as well as light breakfast is included.
I also have two bicycles and helmets available for use free of charge. Please mention at the time of booking if you will be requiring them. A minimum of 72 hours of notice is required in order to guarantee that they will be available.

I'm born and raised in Montreal but have always loved exploring new cities and countries. I have a strong passion for the outdoors and study Environmental Sciences. Love meeting people from all sorts of different places and try and get out there as much as I can!
I try and treat every guest in my city in all the wonderful ways that I've been treated while travelling abroad. I hope that anyone who visits will come to appreciate why I choose to call this vibrant city home. Bienvenue à Montréal!
Je parle francais aussi et je vous invite de corresponder en n'importe quelle langue! :)
