Interaction with Guests
We are on Holiday in this period so you have the Apartment all for yourself.
Frederik seemed friendly and attentive in all of his messages, and his girlfriend who met us was quite welcoming and flexible with our arrival time. The apartment no longer looks as it does in the pictures on the listing, but Frederik did let us know that before we arrived. The apartment is very spacious, in a good area of town for visiting the city and has a lovely little terrace. The wifi was very reliable and the shower was far better than expected. However, there were some downsides as the apartment was not particularly clean. For example, there were quite a few moths around and there was a lot of hair in the bathroom drain and around the bottom of the toilet. The apartment is also on the 3rd floor of the building and there is currently a lot of construction around the apartment.
Frederik is the most hospitable host you could ever imagine! Getting into the apartment worked perfectly, we got a lot of information about the town from him and found a few compliments in the fridge. Very nice!
The apartment is cosy and perfect for a short stay. It has everything you need (especially a nice balcony with a view into the garden!) and is situated in a convenient area to get to know Copenhagen...
Thankx for the great stay!!
We never met Frederik in person, but he was very concerned. He was flexible with check-in/check out times.
The apartment itself is nice, situated in a lively and multicultural area of the city with plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment and kitchen are fully equipped.
The city centre was conveniently close either by walking or by bus. (bus 5A or 350 stop just around the corner and they come every 10 minutes.)
We came by car and could easily park right in front of the apartment!
The welcome information and greeting were much appreciated.
The pictures on the website totally resemble the apartment. But keep in mind that the bathroom is small and very basic.
The lovely terrace is one of the greatest advantages of the apartment.
After an initial frustrating hiccup due to an incorrect address provided by Airbnb and the apartment not having been set up as promised with towels and bedding for the third person, all was sorted out. The apartment itself is good - well appointed, clean, quiet and in a lively area of the inner city, with good public transport access. The welcome information and greeting were a nice touch and much appreciated.
This apartment is a well furnished, warm and very sunny apartment, on contrast to it's immediate surroundings which seem a bit tired, but the area has it's charm and I wasn't sure what to expect. Frederik was more than willing to help us out when required despite being on holiday himself. The city centre was conveniently close either by walking or on the bus. Wi-fi was perfect.
