We do work with minimum rental periods for some events, like the Carnival, the New Years Eve and the World Cup. Please send us a message before making the reservation, if your request includes one of this events.

Well located accommodation with 22m², divided in bedroom, livingroom, bathroom & kitchen.

Located in the 3rd floor of a safe building with 24h doorman, 50 meters distance to the Copacabana beach.
For your safety and convenience, we offer a transfer by executive car, with a bilingual driver. If interested, please request more information by sending a message.
We hand over the apartment clean and in perfect condition, including bed and bath linen. Is also our responsibility to clean the property and to take care of bed and bath linen laundering when client leaves.
Other Things to Note
Our office time are open Monday until Friday from 8am to 7pm, Saturday/Sunday and Holidays from 9am to 4pm. During that time we are waiting the guests in our agency at the following adress:

Out of our office times one of our check in associate will meet you in front of the reserved bulding. It is importanto to contact us 30 minutes before your arrival at the property under this number:

If the client wants an extra cleaning during his stay in the property, we just need to schedule according to availability of dates and times.
For any extra cleaning will be done the exchange of bed and bath linen. Price: R$60 (BRL)
To validate your reservation, we require the following information:
Passport or ID number
Check-in time & Flight number (for plane arrivals)
Names of occupants
Reservation / rental cancelation and changing of booking dates/times
Monday/Friday – 8am to 7pm
Saturday/Sunday/Holidays – 9am to 4pm
Out of our office times we have a employee and a 24h emergency number.
Check-in / Check Out:
Out of our office times, the customer must inform the Agency about the exact arrival time at the apartment, since our employee will meet the customer at the apartment.
Before check-in / after check-out, customers are permitted to leave luggage during regular office hours.
Check-in time is at 14h (2pm)
Check-out time is at 11h (11am)
If the customers would like to schedule a different time and the apartment is still available (Important: Please check availability and confirm before the reservation), the following fees are will be charged:
Before 6h => previous day room rate + R$ 50,00 service tax;
6h01 to 13h59 => earlier check in = 50% of room rate;
After 22h00 onwards => R$ 50,00 service tax late (late check-in);
Before 6h => R$ 50,00 service tax (early check out);
11h00 to 22h00 => 50% room rate price;
22h01 => 50% room rate price + R$ 50,00 service tax (late check- out) ;
During the check-in and the check-out a company represent will come to the apartment in order to check it for any damages and return the security deposit to the customer.
This process may take 15-30 minutes depending on the size of the apartment.
Number of guests
It is forbidden to exceed the indicated number of person. Children under 1 year of age are not calculated.
Please check the allowed number of persons before renting the apartment.
The client is fully responsible for the property and all items in the property and building.
The client and all apartment occupants and visitors must comply with the building regulations.
Fines imposed by the building administration for infringing regulations must be paid immediately by the client and can cause premature termination of the rental contract without any refund.
Please verify before making a reservation, if the building accepts the entrance of visitors.
Please advise us before making a reservation if visitors are requested and we will provide a suitable property.
If the reserved property has an internet connection or cable TV, we assume no responsibility for connection problems and any resulting damages.
This service is provided by telecommunication companies beyond our control: should there be any problems, there will be no refund of rental payments.
The apartment was in a good location, close to the beach. However, the apartment was also right beside the elevators and every morning and throughout the night, we could hear the elevators beeping when they got to our floor. Also, the internet was very spotty. It only worked about 1/3 of the time.
Otherwise, the apartment itself was just as described. Clean and totally fine for a couple. The owner is very quick to respond. The management company is just downstairs and can be very helpful. In short, if you can sleep through some noise and don't care much about the internet, it's a good deal!
The apartment is very close to the beach, close to Leme. Easy access to bus and taxi. It is a large studio, very quiet, perfect to sleep and rest at night and enjoy Rio during the day. Host was perfect, responded very fast and very courtious.

The check in process was easy and problem free. The office staff on duty that day spoke very good English and were very helpful.
The apartment was small but fine for one person - it may be a bit cramped with 2 people. It is very convenient for the beach/restaurants etc.
The main criticism of the apartment is the kitchen ... it is lacking in even the most basic of facilities. There was not even a kettle, water had to be boiled in a saucepan on the gas cooker. There is no hot water tap in the kitchen so washing of dishes meant boiling water each time.
The shower in the bathroom also did not have hot water but as the weather was so hot during my stay, having a cold shower was not an issue.
This was one of the cheapest apartments on the website so Don't expect luxury but it is not bad value for money and as I said earlier ... an ideal location.
Location was super- near the beach - sometimes a bit bugging because also near a red light district, meaning the prostitutes or doormen of some night clubs try to get the men inside even if their wives or girlfriends are next to them.
Apartment was ok- very simple, clean, mostly cold shower and the electricity of the shower head came sometimes down - unfortunately during showering ( dangerous because no ground fault circuit interrupter in Brazil) but they ‘ve sent someone immediately to repair it. People renting this apartment should speak at least a little bit Portuguese since nobody at reception speaks English (just in case of emergency or if you need to ask for the way). The agency employees speak English (mostly) but they are just available during office hours of course. Check out time is strict also apartment check up afterwards (guests should make sure to check every detail when arriving!) – You can leave your luggage at reception if departure time is outside office hours.
For the price it was ok.
L'appartamento è in un'ottima posizione, spazioso (il bagno è un po' piccolino, ma non ci si passano le giornate) e sicuro, con un servizio di portineria attivo 24h (e personale molto simpatico); molti ristoranti ed alcuni supermarket nei pressi, quindi la cucina può essere utilizzata con comodità. Rispetto all'annuncio, ed alle comunicazioni via e-mail, mancava la connessione internet via cavo (è disponibile solo wifi, ma è aperta, quindi non sicura), ma l'agenzia mi ha procurato immediatamente una chiavetta usb per connessione telefonica (ovviamente più lenta del cavo, ergo usavo il wifi per internet e la chiavetta per la posta); mancava inoltre una delle porte del box doccia, rotta probabilmente dal precedente inquilino, e non è stato possibile sostituirla durante il mio soggiorno a causa delle festività in Rio. Mancava infine il forno a microonde, che è stato portato il giorno successivo.
Durante il mio soggiorno, inoltre, si è rotta una delle due chiavi nella serratura, mentre chiudevo la porta (website hidden) è stata fatta una copia, ad un prezzo (80 R$!) a mio parere davvero alto, ma tale somma mi è stata scontata come compensazione per i problemi di cui sopra, quindi alla fine mi ritengo sufficientemente soddisfatto.
Creat Place!.. It has all basic need for a very accesible price. Limited to 2 people unfortunately. If you are looking for a cousy best of all close to the beach, metro station and different stores. Very well protected and safe place. It is very economic and clean. It is a small place though but when visiting Rio de Janeiro, the least you wish is to spend the day indoors, so I highly recomend this apartment.
