  • Both Kelly and the appartment were great! The communication with Kelly before and during our stay was good, every question has been solved immediately. Unfortunately Kelly was not able to welcome us when we arrived but the other guy who was sent by Kelly was also really friendly and explained everything. The appartment was like it was described with two spacious bedroom, a nice kitchen and a relaxing pool.

  • This House was awesome! We loved having a house downtown, close to everything. We walked everywhere! To the sea front, to the ferry, to the market, to restaurants, to our dive shop and to bars at night. It is a safe neighborhood also. The garden was the best part. It ensured that the house was quiet and it gave us a place to rest and eat outside in the shade. I recommend this house to anyone!

Kelly was an awesome host. She greeted us perfectly and answered quickly to all of our little questions during our stay. We followed her recommendations and had a blast. Thanks Kelly!

  • Kelly was (email hidden). I am making this review all about her, as she deserves five stars, Casa Louie only maybe 3 1/2 stars. She met us at check-in with a nice fruit basket, beers in the fridge and a great attitude. We knew we could call on her for anything during our stay. There was a problem with the wifi and she took care of it promptly. She responded quickly to emails and we really felt we made a friend.

The apartment is off the tourist track in a real neighborhood, but only 1 1/2 blocks from the main square of San Miguel. The neighbors were very friendly and we always felt safe. The apartment was clean and spacious, good wifi connection, plenty of towels and kitchen stuff. The back room with sink and clothesline was great for washing clothes and cleaning dive gear. The ceiling fans worked well enough that with the cross ventilation, we never used the a/c. The fridge is big and clean. There is a stove with oven we didn't use and a toaster oven we did use. Everything was very clean. There is plenty of closet space and the bathroom is large with storage too.

The bed is a double, which means it is really for one person. It's comfortable enough, but very small for two people. The apartment decor is like "Single Guy, No Girlfriend." No personality at all. The TV is what, a 13" tube type? The furniture is spartan and sparse but clean. The water is hot, but the shower head is a dribbler, we thought about replacing it at our cost, but lived with it.

For the price, location, size and with Kelly in the mix, it was a great value and has our recommendation. We come to Cozumel to dive and it served as a place to sleep and kick back between meals, we didn't really cook there, just made sandwiches. The wifi is powerful in the apartment, fine for editing and uploading photos and videos.

If we really need to economize on the next trip, we would stay here again, hard to beat the price, especially with Kelly as part of the package. "Cozumel Rocks" rocks!

  • I found Kelly to be very courteous, helpful, and most importantly available. The rental was as advertised, and I would recommend both for future guests.

  • We had an excellent time at the villa. Location was great - down a small road from the beach so very little noise. Villa itself had everything we needed and fantastic communal living area where we spent most of out time. Spent extra on the maid service too and Adriana was brilliant and kept the villa in spotless condition. Great beds and bathrooms and lots of towels which are needed on a beach holiday. We did some diving at the nearby Presidente hotel and spent the rest of the day at their hotel beach. Overall a fantastic holiday. And Kelly was very helpful with all questions before and during the stay. Thanks!

  • Great place to stay for an extended visit! My boyfriend and I felt right at home, and Kelly was really great showing us where everything was and giving us tips on where to eat and how to get around. It's very easy to get to from the ferry, and everything you need is easily within walking distance. Plus, it's an excellent rate, so you can actually afford to do stuff on the island without spending all your money on a hotel! The apartment is very breezy, but the air conditioner works well if you need it (we only used it on one especially humid and hot night.) There's plenty of purified water and the wireless internet is generally reliable-- we only had one outage, but that was an anomaly and seemed to be a server issue, not anything on our end. (There were a few brief local power outages, but that clearly wasn't within our control.) We loved it here, and would happily come back-- it's got everything you need and nothing you don't!

  • My fiancé and I stayed at the Tom the Treeman House and it was wonderful!

The location was PERFECT for competitors and spectators of the Ironman competition and very convenient to get downtown to rent cars/scooters, dive shops and get local cuisine. The bikes at the house are a huge benefit.

The actual condo was great with plenty of bottled water and wifi (bonus beers in the fridge!). Refrigerator and kitchen were also a big benefit. Though we got rain and did not get to use the outside area, it (email hidden) to eat breakfast or enjoy warm nighttime air. Comfortable, very spacious and convenient.

For the price, this place well exceeded our expectations! We went diving, competed in the Ironman competition, drove scooters and had a wonderful time!

The only downside were the slight musty smell upon arrival (which cleared up after opening the doors) and the dogs barking from next door.

Kelly was very welcoming upon arrival giving us all that we needed to get settled. After getting into the condo and putting our stuff down, Kelly drove us to a local spot for some late night eats. Great service! She helped us out with recommendations on car rental options and snorkeling trips (both worked out great!).

  • Kelly was an outstanding property manager who went above and beyond to make sure myself and my family were taken care of...everything from forwarding recommendations for things to do while in Cozumel to being on the course all day long to provide support while I raced in the Ironman. Casa Marcos was the ideal location to get to everywhere on Cozumel Island. It was a great house and should be even better after they finish the renovations that Kelly said were planned. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone I know who was planning to come to Cozumel.

About
Hello and Greetings from Cozumel Mexico! I am Kelly, living and working on this beautiful island in the Caribbean Sea. We are Cozumel Rocks Concierge and Property Management Team rocking the island from all directions! I started this team with just an idea because I did not want to move off the island after my first year and 1/2 of managing a small hotel and now I am here for more than 10 years. When you visit you too will be captivated by the blues of the sea, the clarity of the water, the kindness and gentleness of the people, maybe you will want to stay for more than 1 week and for certain you will be planning your return before your departure! I don't yet have the experience of hosting with AirBnB nor have I been hosted, but I have been in the industry a while and feel fortunate to know of the great program for renting that AirBnB is providing. I am an honest hard working person wanting to share with people this beautiful island and Mexico and offer an experience that's 'off the beaten track' and wanting the same in my travels. I have enjoyed traveling and appreciate the 'local's perspective of living' and love to share the same here for a 'richer' experience but not at a richer cost! Living in the moment, being a good, conscious person, caring for the environment, my family, friends, neighbors, guests, and to be able to enjoy life this way is in my opinion, is the best way. One Love.
