Хорошая квартира, с минимальной встречой с хозяином, как отглаженный механизм. Достойный вариант для проживания в Москве на недолгий период. Спасибо Дмитрию за оперативность и профессионализм.
All was fine, thank you
The place was great! Dmitry very polite and helpful.
The area is nice and quiet. We are in the Center of Moscow and not far away of all. The price is not expensive for this Area of Moscow. Believe me, i am every month in Moscow...
The bulding is little old, but it's ok.
the problem is the furnitures of the flat. it's very old and not confortable. The bed is not nice. The washing machine is a little dirty. There is not enough furnitures for to cook. And the last thing, this flat is too much dark... there are trees in front of the flat... and the flat is not enough clear. The photos on the site are more clear than the reality... thanks PHOTOSHOP. ;)
Conclusion, if you stay just some days in this flat, it's ok... not more.... The price is correct.
Thank you, Dmitriy, you were very helpful, as always! The flat is somewhat basic in terms of decor and ambience, but very quiet and conveniently located.
This is a nice little place in the heart of Moscow. Located very conveniently near subway stations (5 minutes walk), grocery stores, theaters, cafes and restaurants. Just a couple minutes away from the busy Tverskaya street, but you won't hear any noise or smell any exhaust. You could get to any railway station by a taxicab for 400 roubles ($12).
The place is located on a second story of a 4-story building and is equipped with washer, microwave, electric stove, electric kettle, WiFi, and cable TV. Washing machine was a little confusing, but I found user manual on the internet; here's a link: (website hidden)
Dmitriy has been very helpful and responsive, always replying to my emails within a few hours. He speaks English fluently.
Good location, close to the centre. The apartment is old and roughly finished but for the price you pay is acceptable. We could not check in until 9.30pm due to some problems with the previous guest. The shower did not work, it was although repaired the following afternoon. Just so you know, the sofa for a third person is not a sofa bed, just a plain sofa.
Dimitri has been quite helpful although I perceived some kind of unreliability when he did not answer phone calls or emails in acceptable time before our arrival.
Although on the day of our arrival we were forced to wander about the city for hours and check out really late in the evening and not been given the chance to shower, we were offered a late check out option at the cost of 65USD.
We were obviously outraged and did not accept this but we did find it inappropriate. If anything a compensation should have been offered for the inconvenience. We contracted instead the possibility to store our luggage there until 4pm.
After checking out at 12pm we got a call around 1 pm to remove our luggage from the property, or they would have moved it somewhere else (even though we were told we could store it there until 4pm) because the new guest wanted to move in right away.
I wonder what would have happened if we accepted to pay the 65USD for a late check out instead? Where would have the next guest gone? Probably where we went on our arrival: wandering.
The reservation was canceled the day before arrival. This is an automated posting.
