My wife, cat and I enjoyed two weeks in Andrew and Sarah's garden apartment and had a wonderful stay. Just enough room, quiet and private. Great walking access to the Mission and Noe Valley. Easy access in and out, plenty of fresh linens, great TV, pretty much all you could ask for. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nice safe place to stay. Oh and also parking on the street was never a problem within a block or two - almost unheard of near the city. Great time, great people. Thanks so much!
The apartment was great - spacious, comfortable and private. It really has everything you need for a short stay. The area was wonderful too with loads of great restaurants and just near the J Line. Would rent again in a heartbeat and Andrew is a great host.

We could not have asked for a better Airbnb or hosts. My boyfriend and I were moving across the country with our two cats and were in need of a place to stay while we apartment hunted. The location was perfect - easy access to transit and a great neighborhood. The apartment was cozy (great bed!) and they offered a place to keep our boxes in the garage.
Andrew and Sarah were both easy going and easy to communicate with. They left a toy for our cats - which was the nicest gesture. Andrew even helped us move our boxes on moving day. Overall, they made a big move a million times easier, and we can't thank them enough for giving us a great place to spend our first month in the city.
The place was lovely and welcoming, in a perfect location right next to Noe Valley, a lovely neighbourhood in SF. Although Andrew wasn't there when we arrived he made sure everything was ok and whenever we had a few issues was quick to help, leaving heaters as it was chilly (it got unusually cold for SF when we arrived!) and extra blankets. Our dog also enjoyed her stay and Andrew and his wife were great with her!
My husband and I stayed at Andrew's lovely apartment for two weeks. The apartment is very cozy, well decorated and furnished. The bed is very comfortable and the sitting area is full of light. The kitchen has everything you need to make you feel 'at home'. Laundry is inside the garage with two brand new washing machine and dryer that worked nicely. Wi-if worked OK and TV is very modern with lots of channels. Only half a block away on the corner we could take the J-Muni street car that goes to the city in less than half hour. Andrew was very helpful in giving us tips and directions and was very responsive and helpful.
Noe Valley is a lovely neighbourhood. There is a big supermarket (Safeway) and pharmacy (Walgreens) just 2 blocks away. There are restaurants, coffee shops at walking distance. We didn't rent a car this time, but parking could have been an issue as there are time restrictions and lots of driveways that limit the number of available spots. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely recommend Andrew's apartment to others.
