An entire roomy basement apartment with private entrance all underneath our family residence. Two bedrooms, kitchen, living room area and one bathroom. Family friendly, casual, clean. Near Bass Lake and Yosemite National Park, free WiFi. A non-smoking/vaping property. No drugs or partying are permitted.

The space
Our listing is great for families and groups of friends. We have a clean and quiet space with lots of extras. We are located on approximately 2 acres.
We have recently added a traverse wall for those who want to try their hand at bouldering. There is a sitting area to watch the adventures go back and forth.
An outdoor patio area in front of the apartment has a table and chairs as well as a BBQ gas grill.
There are two bedrooms. One bedroom contains a queen bed and sitting space. The other bedroom has, two twin beds. There is a third queen bed/daybed situated in a walk through space, "bedroom". There is also a couch in the living room that will fold out to make a queen size bed. We supply sheets, blankets and pillows for you to use to outfit them for sleeping if needed. We will accommodate groups up to 6 people. We have a port-o-crib and booster chair as well, for young ones.
The main entrance steps down into a large living room, kitchen space combo. The kitchen is fitted with extras that might help with cooking including spices, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Dishes include full service for six. There is a full size refrigerator and oven/stove. In addition a, microwave, rice maker, blender, toaster and coffee maker.
There is a well stocked game cupboard with a variety of games.
We have WiFi on the property and a convenient work space in the queen bedroom. The apartment has 42" screen smart tv and a Blu Ray player and several DVD's for family viewing. We also have a bookcase with a variety of books and color books and crayons for kids. We are a Non- smoking facility!

Guest access
A separate BBQ grill and outdoor table and chairs are by the apartment. A traverse wall is located in the backyard below the grassy area. The backyard is joint access.

Other things to note
There are two small steps in the living space that do not have handrails. The space is not wheel chair accessible. There is also a down step upon entering the unit. There is only one bathroom for the unit. Our family does live upstairs and footfalls may be heard below. There is a room ac/heater unit in the main room. Because it is a lower level the whole area is cool, like a basement. This is a practical wonderful rental well worth the price.

6 people is the max. The apartment is not set up for more. Coming with additional guests will require an additional $25 per person per night. Please be honest.
