The riad is located only a few minutes walking from the main square Jemaa el Fnaa and from the Souk area. Each of our double rooms can host one or more extra beds and each rooms is ensuite (toilette and shower) all of our rooms are located on the patio floor or on the 1st floor. The patio area is the perfect place where to relax after a full day in the souk or in the surrounding's of Marrakech.
This nice brand new double room ensuite is very spacious and comfortable overlooking the garden patio and the plunge pool.
We are the place to be in Marrakech because of our cheap price, central location and living here since 12 years we can give you the best tips and suggest what to do in order to enjoy your holiday.
Our stay in this riad was perfect! A spacious, comfortable and friendly place to relax with an ideal plunge pool to jump in for when the Marrakech sun gets too much! Redouane was really nice and helpful and the little dog samba was so cute! Would definitely stay in this riad again with it's great location - so close to the busy square yet feels so far away from the hustle and bustle! Thanks for having us!
I have stayed in over 30 Airbnb's and I regret that I have to write my first bad review. We had a horrible experience staying at this hotel/hostel/riad/hell hole. It IS beautiful. The rooms are pretty and the courtyard is pretty and the pool is nice. Beyond that, it is not a place grown ups or couples would want to say. It is loud (all riads are a little loud, as they are old buildings with no sound-proofing, but at this one the managers entertain groups of giggling girls at all hours of the night). We stayed four nights and had a hard time sleeping each night. Three of those nights I had to go ask someone WHO WORKED THERE to please be quiet. Night seemed to be the only time that anyone working there was actually there. We never were able to ask any questions, the lightbulb in our room burned out (twice) and there was no one there to fix it. We were not given a key to the front door when we checked in and since there was no one there, we had to basically steal one from the un-manned front desk. Do yourself a favor and stay at any one of the dozens of other comparatively priced riads. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
Excelent location in the center of Marrakech! Friendly reception and good breakfast.
Beau Riad! Équipe très sympa et Redouane tjs la pour satisfaire au mieux ses clients! Je recommande ;-)
The room is near the Jemaa el Fna'place who is very noisy, but when you are in the riad, it's very quiet and calm with a beautiful little garden, and we have appreciate this place.
A very central but nevertheless very quite place. We had a great stay with Redouane he is very helpful and gave us a lot of advise for trips to the sahara and the beach etc. He also organised our collection from the airport and met us in the Jemaa el Fna.The plunge pool is very cool and refreshing and you can heat up on the sun terrace afterwards. The bathroom was very dark and had only a curtain as a door, no problem for us however. We immensley enjoyed our stay with them and would come back anytime!
Our original plan was to stay for 7 nights in this Riad but we went to Essouira to get out of the craziness of Marrakech. The Riad had nothing to do with our decision. In the middle of the Jernaa el Fna square but an oase of calmness. The pool is great to get some rest of a whole day walking. Price is very reasonable for what you get: a clean, nice room with a private bathroom. Minor detail is that the room is not cleaned during your stay. Breakfast is 3 euro pp and fine with coffee, sort of pancakes, bread and yoghurt.
Only minor downside is the route to the Riad when you first look for it, it is impossible to find even with the route the owner send us. You need help of the locals and they won't do a thing without asking money for it. So on our first day we had a discussion with two locals and they threatend us they get back to us because they knew where we were sleeping. Simple solution is to create a clear map of the route to the Riad.
Nice, quiet place tot stay in the very centre of the medina. Helpful staf. Don' t expect too much luxury, but you get what you pay for!
