This rustic and cozy 2-bedroom, 1-bath vacation rental, all you'll need for a relaxing getaway is yourself and your loved ones (furry friends included). By day, explore breathtaking hikes in Mt. Rainier National Park, and come evening, treat sore legs to a rejuvenating soak in the cabin's private hot tub. This adorable cabin sits in a location that allows walkability to eateries and just steps to downtown Ashford and the Nisqually River.

The space
This 1963 A-frame cabin is nestled in a woodland setting only 10 min walk to the Nisqually River. The Tahoma cabin offers a unique space only an original A-frame can provide. The walls and ceilings are open, cozy and offer beautiful natural lighting from the outdoors. The mattresses are high quality so you can easily fall asleep each night to the sound of owls hooting outside. Keep an eye out for our resident deer, they love to visit at dawn and dusk. Please know this cabin has the fastest possible internet available in the area. If you are booking in the winter months, please be aware that power outages and freezing temperatures are a possibility. We have provided several complementary items such as flashlights, battery operated lanterns, firewood for the wood stove and extra blankets in the case of a power outage to keep you warm and cozy. We welcome 2-3 dogs max and NO CATS.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property. The cabin, front deck, back patio and backyard are all available for a tranquil and quiet space to gaze at the towering trees or the stars above.

Other things to note
Please know that this home is located in a neighborhood with both residential and vacation rentals. If you are looking for a relaxing and quiet get-away, this A-frame cabin is the place for you! Absolutely no more than 6 people on the property, no more than 2 cars and NO PARTIES . *Note- since these photos have been taken our neighboring property has built a home which changes the landscape of the backyard- and we have added a cover to the hot tub area. We are currently working on updating the photos:) please message us for any clarifying questions.

Rainier National Park Nisqually entrance, the only year round entrance in the park. Echo Valley is a secluded and wooded neighborhood that is a perfect location for a quiet get away.
