Next to the stock tank pool, you’ll find a heated jacuzzi, which will help you soak away any tiredness you might have from your adventures of the day.
For the ultimate desert experience, turn on the pretty string lights, light up the fire pit and make some s’mores as the evening draws in. Stargazing is a must when you’re in the desert, and you can do so at the pergola, where you’ll be able to sway under the stars in a cozy hammock.

Our guests have access to the entire house during their stay. The property is spread over a single level, making it the perfect place for families with young children or elderly relatives. Two bedrooms and a central lounge and kitchen space give you plenty of room to spend time together, as well as enough space to get your privacy when you need it. You’ll have no trouble with parking as the property has lots of on-site parking space on the driveway. Please use caution when pulling into the driveway, as the grade is a little steep and could damage the bottom of your car if you are going too fast!
The property includes reliable wifi throughout, so you’ll be able to stream or work to your heart’s content! There is a washer and dryer on site!
Please note there is a Ring Flood Light security camera located at the front of the house facing the entrance for your security. There are no cameras inside the property.
Other things to note
☆You must be 25+ to book
☆The person that made the reservation needs to be present at the property for the duration of the reservation
☆No parties are allowed. Evidence of a party will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation
☆No smoking is allowed in the interior of the property. Smoking is allowed outside of the property
☆Guests will need to bring all personal toiletries including tooth paste, tooth brush, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash
☆Tampering with exterior cameras and/or interior noise monitoring systems are prohibited and will have a penalty fee if tampered with.
☆Failure to abide by house rules will result in additional fees being applied
☆Game Room is located inside the garage, which doesn't have AC so it may be hot during summer...BUT you can open the garage door to keep cool and have fun!
☆PETS☆
We love hosting pets (SORRY, NO CATS ALLOWED)! We happily welcome up to two dogs (up to 50 lbs) at our home with an added pet fee of $100. If you're planning to bring your furry friends along, please don't hesitate to send me a message!
Just a few other notes! You are expected to clean up after your pet, in the house, and in the yard. We have a small dog bed at the house available for you but also ask that you provide your OWN blanket for them to lay on if your pet prefers that. Dogs are NOT allowed on our furniture/beds/couch/blankets/sheets and an additional cleaning fee will be charged if dog hair is found on these items at check out. If you book and bring more than two dogs, you’ll be subject to additional fees.
☆ We have regularly scheduled hot tub tech service on select days each week. While we don’t have exact times in advance, we always send out a notification the night before to let guests know when to expect service. Thank you for your understanding as we work to keep the hot tub in top condition!
Being that we are in the desert there also may be cactus plants in the yard, so if your dog is extra curious, keep an eye on them so they don’t get pricks in their paws or nose!
