The property features two separate units sharing a spacious half-acre of private land. Each unit has its own private entrance, private patio, and beautiful views, offering a peaceful and private experience while enjoying the natural surroundings.

Other things to note
This home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood, and quiet hours are strictly observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM out of consideration for our neighbors.

Wildlife lovers, take note: a natural game trail crosses the property, bringing regular visits from javelinas (kind wild pigs), coyotes, foxes, deer, and native birds. Enjoy the show from a respectful distance — no feeding or approaching, please.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home. A minimum $500 fee for specialized smoke odor removal and deep cleaning will apply if smoking occurs indoors.

Children are welcome! Please note we have living cacti in the home.

Unfortunately, pets, including service animals, are not permitted at this property (no exceptions). As a brand-new, high-quality unit, we have chosen to maintain a pet-free environment to protect the condition and cleanliness of the space for all guests.
