  • Loved it! Wonderful location, great accomodations, and the beautiful weather was a nice bonus.
First time using Airbnb and Uber. Both worked great.
Plan to do plenty of walking if you dont have a car. Lots of great restaurants in the area. 1/2 to 1 mile away.

  • Paul's home is wonderful and he provided all details before arrival. A great place to stay in San Francisco!

  • Excellent location and we were grateful for the parking spot! Great spot for a quiet location with beautiful, residential location one block from the bay. This was a terrific place for our crew - parents and 2 kids.

  • My family (4 adults) stayed in Paul's apartment for a week and we just loved it. The neighborhood is very peaceful and beautiful, and the location just can't be beat. The apartment itself is clean and very spacious. An A+ experience. Came with a tricky parking space that was just large enough for our midsize sedan, but we were grateful for it.

  • We had such a wonderful stay in San Francisco. Paul's home is truly in a perfect location! Close to restaurants, Starbucks, and a grocery store. In the evening after sight seeing all day, we would take leisurely strolls to the water, and the Palace of Fine Arts Theater, then come back to relax with a glass of wine. If you are a light sleeper you might want to invest in some earplugs as other reviews have suggested. We were there four nights and only heard the fog horns one night. Overall you can not beat the location and comfort of Paul's home! Plus the luxury of having your own parking spot! Thanks Paul!

  • Amazing & a great value! This place is huge, very nicely decorated and super clean! It was perfect for me and my 3 girlfriends. When we got there we immediately dropped our stuff in the foyer and just sat in the living room and started on goal #1 - to relax! Which was so much easier to do knowing we hit the jackpot with this place --"yay the place is so nice, what a relief!"

I loved how close we were to the water. On 2 mornings we walked the 5 minutes over to it, passing the Palace of Fine Arts (what a perk!), bought some coffee at a cafe by Crissy Field and just sat on the wall, looking out on the awesome view of the Golden Gate Bridge. You're livin' the life if you live in this neighborhood.

Other reasons we loved our stay:
Plenty of space -- it has 2 bedrooms, 1 queen and 2 twins, 2 walk in closets, 2 bedrooms, full kitchen.
It's secure -- 2nd floor home in a safe neighborhood
    Comes with one parking spot
And Paul makes your stay no hassle -- He has the whole check in and check out process set up so smoothly.

The only thing I must warn is if you're loud, plan to party, and staying during the week, this place is not for you. You're in close proximity to neighbors and the walls are thin, only really noticeably at night.

  • Our stay in Paul's apartment was great! The apartment is situated in a truly lovely and safe neighborhood. Very close to the water, Chestnut Street shops+restaurants and a stones throw from the lovely Palace of Fine Arts! The apartment was extremely clean and spacious for our family of four. The kitchen, dining room, living room and bedrooms were all super comfortable and efficient-perfect for us! Although we didn't meet Paul personally, he was no more than a text away and answered any and all questions right away. We wouldn't hesitate to go back!! Enjoy..it was certainly a good choice for us!
