Located very centrally, to the beach, yet only within a short walking distance to all Tapas bars, various styles of restaurants, night clubs, shops and local supermarket.
It is also a very short walk to the local bus stop should you wish to explore the local area.
The apartment has a 15m2 terrace with stunning mountain and pool/garden views and comes with all linens and cooking utensils for your vacation stay.

The space
The property is 2 bedroomed, (With a queen bed in Main bedroom and 2 single beds in second bedroom) A lounge area, with a separate kitchen area;
A Newly refurbished Bathroom with walk in shower, and a spacious open balcony terrace area with stunning views, opening from both the lounge and bedroom.
It is located on the 2nd floor, so benefits from overhead sunshine for your all over tan.

This is a very popular property due to its location to all amenities.

Guest access
The apartment is full sole use for vacations, and two outside pools and gardens are available as required.
All bed linens, and towels. Also, cooking and eating utensils are provided to suit up to 4 registered guests.
Car parking is easily available all year round at the outside rear of the apartment which has close access to the entrance.

Other things to note
The apartment is located in a fully approved nudist area, and you will meet many nude people including families, couples and single people during your stay in Vera Playa. Whilst you are not expected to conform to a nudist etiquette within the apartment and immediate area, the pool areas in the urbanisation are strictly and compulsory nudist.

Unit is located in the Parque Vera 4/5 naturist urbanization within the Vera Playa Zona Nudista. Beautiful, parklike grounds and two large swimming pools. Nudity in and around the pool area is required. Ample, free public street parking available near the unit. Nudity is allowed anywhere within the Zona Nudista, so you are able to walk naked from the condo to the beach or to the many bars and restaurants within the zone.
