House rules: It helps to get a sense of who you are when deciding who gets to stay here. It's very important to tell me just a little about yourself and your plans. Also if you end up being a guest here it is important to remember you are not staying at a hotel..There is no staff, just me :)
So please take some time to clean up before (URL HIDDEN) is GREATLY appreciated by me and all airbnb hosts. All guests must provide a passport or drivers license. It can be scanned and sent via email on or before arrival. This information will be kept confidential and deleted on checkout. Also, please do not smoke, bring pets, or have parties. I am a native New Yorker, born and raised in Manhattan - no other place in the world like it! I love being able to walk anywhere I need to go (in fact I never got my drivers license-ha!). Also growing up color blind was a gift -NYC is a melting pot of cultures from all over the planet- a city that has it all and never sleeps! I can provide my guests with 'off the beaten path' things to do in the city. I'm an artist. I love the ocean, drawing, swimming, traveling, nature, cooking, fresh whole foods, holistic medicine, reflexology, art history, music, literature, poetry and dancing. My dream is to have a garden where I can grow my own fruit and veggies. I often go to Central Park or walk along the East river (both minutes away from the apt.) to refuel. I meditate daily and practice yoga three times a week. My apartment reflects of all the above and I believe you will have a wonderful stay here.
