JR Yamanote line Osaki station is the nearest station from my apartment. It takes 8 min. on foot.
Could you tell me your arrival time and place(Narita/Haneda airport or a station) when you book?
I will let you know how to get to the apartment by email.
Interaction with Guests
Please let me know your idea #1-3, when you book the room.
#1. I would like to talk with the host. The host should stay there.
#2. I do not mind if the host is there or not.
#3. I need a perfect private room. The host should not stay at the apartment.
If your idea is #3, I cannot host you.
Osaki station is very convenient to Shibuya station 10 min./ to Shinagawa station 2 min./ to Shinjuku station 16 min by Yamanote line
Osaki is safe and a very quiet area in Tokyo.

please do not make noise.
please do not leave trash in the room and put it into the trash bin.
Ms. Hanako-san was very nice. The space was in great condition and very clean. Ms. Hanako was very good in giving directions. She was easy to communicate with despite the 14hour time difference. I would recommend anyone to her. I hope that I can stay with her again, if I stay in Tokyo.
Hanako is a great host. She is very accommodating to my check in / check out requests (they were really odd hours) and has been very helpful in providing clear instructions on how to get to her apartment from the train station. I found it with little difficulty.
The apartment is a 5 minute walk up a gentle sloping hill; 8-10 minutes if you're lugging your luggage. I had my heavy luggage with me and this is the most tricky part to get to the place. Also note that there is a steep flight of steps to climb to get to the 2nd floor apartment.
Other than that, I had a pleasant stay in Hanako's apartment. It was clean, cosy and just right for my 1 night stay.
Hanako is very nice. She helped us a lot by giving a so-clear direction to her place. We could reach there without problem.
The room is abit tiny. But for two persons is okay. The only negative comment is the heater is not work enough. It very cold at night. Overall, this is a good place to stay with competitive price.
Thank a lot, Hanako.
Hanako provided very detail email direction of her place that we can find the place easily.
She is flexible with check-in and check-out time and it's easy to check-in and check-out which we appreciate!
The room is sufficient for at max. 2 persons.
The toilet and bathroom are separated and they are clean.
Initially the room was a little cold (we were here during winter) because we didnt know how to turn on the heater.
However, after Hanako showed us how to turn on the heater, room is OK and comfortable.
Room is located at 2nd floor, so you need to go up by stairs.
Hanako respected our privacy, yet she is very friendly.
We appreciate her hospitality and for sharing her space with us :)
Arigatou gozaimasu, Hanako!
Hanako was out of town so she left very detailed instructions to find her place. It was smooth-sailing till the very last bit - I completely missed the staircase going upstairs to the second floor of apartments! She had also left me a welcome gift, which was very kind of her.
Hanako's flat is small but her futon was warm and comfortable. The floor looked sketchy initially but it proved to be clean - I'm very sensitive to dust, but I had no issues the whole night.
The flat is furnished for function and basic comfort, not so for design, but I found it more than adequate as a crash pad for the one night that I stayed. Thank you for letting me stay, Hanako!
