About this listing
Im März bin ich selbst auf reisen und kann keine Anfragen bearbeiten!!!
I cant answer any requests in march, cause i am travelling myself!!
I offer a room in my apartment in the city center (5-10 Min walk to Oktoberfest or Marienplatz, 1 Min to Isar). In the neighbourhood are some bakerys, supermarkets (Penny, REWE) and other shops. The area is famous for its nice cafes, bars and restaurants.
You ll find a big room (25 qm) with a lethercouch and a bed (1,40 x 2,00 m, with a totally new luxury 7 Zone coldform matress, cozy down Blanketts (cotton-silk in the summer), thick down pillows + fresh bed linen of course). The bathroom has a shower, a tub and a washingmashine. Towells i can offer you.
The kitchen is equiped with everything you need, also a dishes cleaner, a grain mill, a thermomix. I don t have a coffee machine, but an espressomaker.
Its possible to rent the room for more than one person.
Its a non - smoker apartment, but you can smoke on the balkony if necessary.
I would like to keep the arrival + leaving time flexible, but i beg to tell me the times before booking, especially if you want to arrive late in the evening.
My flat is easy to reach with a direct bus from central train station (takes 9 min.)
Because of my neighbours and me I kindly ask my guests to respect nighttime silence (means not to party) after 10.30 pm.
Other Things to Note
Please fill in your profile! Particularly if you have no references! i dont rent my room to somebody who didnt introduce her or himself to me...
Well, i thought rules are not necessary. But unfortunately there are some people who maybe never lived in a community (or haven´t been educated in this things) to experince what is important to live together. This is especially for them! Be quiet, and try not to disturb others (don´t scream, bang doors...), be friendly - with your host + neighbours, leave the bathroom and kitchen as clean as it was before, be ecofriendly (save water, don´t boil more water as you need, don´t let the water in the shower run before you actually use it, seperate your waste...), ask if you need something, don´t take stuff of you host without asking...
Smoking is not allowed in the Apartment, but on the balkony! I dont like drunken people in my flat. I had bad experinces, when guests wasnt able to open up the door with the key and made a lot of noise in the house (cause they thought the key is not working), what brought me troubles with my neighbours. Another guest didnt found the way to the bathroom + came into my room in the middle of the night (later i found him sleeping in my sons bed, who was -thanks god - not at home!) I dont mind about drinking alcohol, but i dont want to get again in situations like this...
Please be silent in the house and in the flat after 10.30 pm! Thank you!
I also had problems cause a guest made an illegal movie download. Thats why now all my guests have to sign an utilisation contract before using my Wlan connection!!
Its always fascinaiting to meet new people. I love that while traveling and with airbnb. Both is fun! I like to be outdoors and in nature, sports and Kundalini Yoga (teacher training).
Communication with my guests is important to me! That must not be hours of discussions...a small-talk is mostly enough to get to know each other. People who like it more anonymous should better stay in a hotel...
Hosts like us want to know who our guests are. We enjoy seeing people. Post a profile photo of yourself (not your dog or cat) and write a bit about yourself and who you are travelling with.
A novel of your life story isn't necessary; just write about what you think someone meeting you for the first time would want to know
