Situated on 2 levels, with 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, this home has 1 parking space in the garage, and 1 in the driveway. Feel free to use the free guest parking located behind the home as well.

The space
This property was built in 2004, and is in great shape. It is perfect for a ski getaway or a quick jaunt to Downtown Bozeman. In fact, it has everything you will need as a basecamp while you explore the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, or just decide to stay indoors on the chaise lounger by the fire.

Guest access
Guests will be able to access the whole space, including the single car garage. The outdoor space is common space shared by the HOA.

Other things to note
This is a pretty quiet community, and quiet hours are after 9 PM. Walkable distance to Costco, Starbucks in Target, 5 Guys, Subway, Taco Bell, Outback Steakhouse, Montana Rib and Chop House, and City Brew for food and drinks. Many late night food choices.
