I have a lovely room in our beautiful Victorian house in a quiet area close to Eastbourne town centre (15 minute walk) and beach (30 minute walk) where you can stroll along the promenade in this Victorian town. The promenade takes you to the Holywell cafe where you can enjoy the best cheese scones ever. Then walk along the beach under the cliffs when the tide is out and experience some wonderful landscapes. If you take the coast road West you can stop at the Kiosk Cafe and continue onto the stunning South Downs now recognised as a National Park.
Eastbourne is situated between Brighton and the historic town of Hastings, both are approximately 20 minutes by train and Eastbourne also has a direct train service to London every 30 minutes. The journey takes 1hr 24mins.
We have a large front and back garden with a lovely terrace looking out onto the Garden. There are two lounges one for music and one for the television . The bathroom has both bath and power shower.
The kitchen is large with an open plan dining room.

We had a great stay with Christina, her family and their husky dogs. Christina was easy to contact and we enjoyed meeting her and her family. The house was beautiful and very warm during a stormy weekend. There was good wifi in the house and free parking on the street. We would definitely stay with Christina again when heading to Eastbourne in the future.
I had a warm and friendly welcome into Christina's home.
I was welcome to use the kitchen and we chatted while we both cooked our own meals.
The dogs and cats were a delight.
The bedroom has a lovely atmosphere with great views.
I enjoyed my stay and would stay again if I needed to be in the area again.
The room was very clean and cosy and the house itself is beautiful and spacious. I enjoyed listening to the seagulls in the morning when I woke up. Christina was helpful with questions that I had about Eastbourne and the whole family was relaxed and friendly. I had a very comfortable stay for 2 nights. Would definitely recommend it and stay again.
I had a good time at Christina's home. She and her family are all very nice and helpful, and they have two very friendly dogs and cats.
They had some good ideas where to go and what to do in and around Eastbourne, and I enjoyed sitting and watching TV together or going for a walk with the dogs.
The house is wonderful, clean and well-furnished.
I had a wonderful time at Christina´s home. It was a pleasure to stay one week with her and her family. They all are very kind and lovely persons. They welcomed me very friendly and helped me out with good advices wherever they could . The house itself is wonderful, well cleaned and well furnished. All in all I highly recommend Christina´s home.
We had a really good time at Christina s home, she and her family (and their lovely dogs) welcomed us friendly and opened. A really great house , nice , clean and cosy. They gave us a lot of good advises i.e. excellent coffee at the Urban Ground café. We highly recommend Christinas place.
