  • If you ever go to Marrakech – stay here! My friend and I stayed in Riad Helen for 5 nights and we loved it! It´s the perfect place if you look for a friendly atmosphere, a beautiful environment and still want a good level of comfort. The 2 hosts and the woman that works at the riad are very sweet and very service minded. You will be served a nice breakfast that will keep you full til lunch and there is always something to drink available. It´s like staying at a hotel in the sense that they are very attentive, service minded and they clean the room every day. Still it is much, much better and more personal than a hotel. The perfect combination! We will definitely stay here next time!

  • I can´t say that the choice of Riad was easy. We visited many Riads on the website in fact were almost all very beautiful.. Fortunately I ended up making a correct choice, selected in the centre of the medina and souks. This Riad have one excellent location.
The price is very good for the quality they have as they try to help with everything and create a service five stars giving the rest and comfort to the guest's researching and helping to arrange everything. They offrer a mobile phone during your stay in case you get lost or if you hav any doubts undoubtedly important when you are in the middle of no were.
They were excellent hosts what that made our stay much more confortable. I am very grateful to them. I also advise to diner at Riad is very good food was the best we did eat in Marakech, the cooker is excellent and its not expensive.
We have to give them a VERY BIG THANKS because we caught the fly home early in the morning at airport in Casablanca. They rent a car, they drive and leave us in the check in at the airport. like said at begginig, better was impossible.

  • Staying at Riad Helen was an amazing experience for us. Best place we've stayed in Morocco by far. Maxime and especially Mario was extremely helpful and a caring host. They were willing to solve any problem we may face and to make our stay enjoyable as possible. Also the atmosphere of the riad was wonderful. Especially at nights when the candles are lit, it is magical. Everything was very clean and tidy. We loved the scented oil they put on the guest rooms. Also the breakfast was very rich and tasteful. The first night we arrived Mario welcomed us with some nice mint tea on the beautiful terrace. They were helpful and friendly in every aspect. We had to leave early at 7 o'clock in the morning after our last night. And Mario wake up at 6 in order to prepare us breakfast even thought it is normally served at 8.30. They've baked a delicious homemade cake. The only downside of our stay was that we didn't want to leave the delightful atmosphere of the riad even for the interesting sightseeing in Marrakech.

  • When we stepped in to Riad Helen, after Maxime picked us up, we were suprised. I was constantly like, wauwwwwhhhh..... such a beautiful Riad. It looks good on the pictures, but in real it looks great. The color they used and the decorating is perfect. I will describe it as a traditional classic Riad with a modern touch. I am professional decorator so I really felt at home! Unfortunately we just had one night before going back to Holland. I could have stay in Riad Helen for more days. We came from the desert with his silence, so we didn't want to go out for a dinner. Maxime ordered dinner for us and we had a choise of a few good wines he had in the Riad. We spent the night of the amazing sunroof with good wine, dinner and silence. It couldn't be better. Maxime and Mario, you both are friendly people and amazing hosts. Thank you for the perfect stay!
