Immerse yourself in nature at Vermont's most unique Airbnb, located in the heart of the Green Mountains. The space
The house is a cozy 200 square feet, but the mirrored glass walls give the illusion of endless space and the sense that you're one with nature. Showering with only glass between you and the Green Mountains is a truly memorable experience, and spotting wildlife from bed will make this trip one you'll never forget.

Every detail of your stay, from the locally handcrafted tableware and soap to the extra comfy eco-friendly mattress and silky Cozy Earth bedding, has been lovingly thought out to ensure a luxury experience. You'll have the opportunity to sample white wine while curled up in bed beside a Vitruvi aromatherapy diffuser, or pack them to go and enjoy the many outdoor activities the town of Warren has to offer, including skiing/snowboarding, snowshoeing, hiking, biking, swimming, kayaking, and paddle boarding.

The large lawn allows for many activities, including firing up the ceramic Kamado Grill, making s'mores by the fire pit, playing corn hole or a Scandinavian lawn game, soaking in the hot tub, or gazing out at Sugarbush and its ski trails.

Guest access
2 acres of mountainside with the Roxbury State Forest located directly behind the property. Guests will enjoy the tiny house equipped with heated floors and a rain shower, a queen bed, kitchen with a small cooktop and mini fridge (no oven,) and outdoor area including hot tub, patio, fire pit, grill, and large lawn.

Other things to note
The house is located high up on a mountain, and road conditions can be difficult during winter and mud season. Guests MUST have 4WD/AWD and snow tires in order to book from November through April.

If your vehicle gets stuck and blocks a neighbors driveway and you did not adhere to the rules you agreed to regarding having the proper vehicle in the winter time, you'll be fined $250.

Max 2 guests, no children allowed.

The home is equipped with WiFi, but due to the remote location, it is not high speed. Streaming shows and browsing the internet works fine, but those requiring high speed internet for other purposes may have difficulties.

Guests are asked to keep shoes off and skis/snowboards outside.
