IMPORTANT - There will be a charge of 6 baht (THB) per unit (kilowatt) for electricity. The electricity will be charged at the end of your stay after a meter reading (prior to check-in and check-out). The average electric charge for the villa is generally between 200-500THB per day. A copy of your passport is also required upon arrival.
