The space
This location is special in that it is located at the North end of the Neskowin Beach in a quite gated community, which makes the beach access feel as though you have the space all to yourself.
Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen with modern Our Place appliances and everything you need to cook, plenty of condiments, Canyon coffee, TEA BAR teas/matcha + Clam Chowder in the cupboards.
COFFEE: We have a Cafe Appliance coffee maker for drip coffee, a YIELD Glass French Press, and a coffee grinder as well.
SLEEPING + BATHROOMS:
+ Main Level: Master Suite + Full Bathroom, can be accessed from the living room. The Master Suite offers 1 King Bed (Parachute bedding & pillows) and sweeping views of the ocean with floor to ceiling sliding glass doors out to the wrap around deck
+ Second Level: 2 Bedrooms, both with King Floyd Beds and Parachute bedding and pillows / Full Bathroom
+ Downstairs: Open Sleeping space includes 2 King Floyd Beds with Parachute Bedding, and 2 Twins with Parachute bedding.
LIVING/DINING SEATING: Images in our listing represent all seating options in the Living and Dining Space. Featuring the Mario Bellini Boucle couch. Please note the height of the couch is approx. 26.5" and the seating height is 15". We also have 4 Denver Modern Counter stools at 24" Height and 6 Citizenry Dining Chairs that are 29.5"H with a seating height of 17.2"
NOTE! Parties or events of any kind including photo shoots are prohibited unless arranged officially with the host. make sure your reservation accounts for every person staying. Please don't invite extra guests other than those included in your reservation.

Our Plaace in Neskowin is in the North Beach area of Neskowin in a private gated community. Our Plaace is located 15 minutes south of Pacific City, and 15 minutes north of Lincoln City. Neskowin village is small but charming beach town offering a small golf course, a café (Neskowin Trading Company) and sit-down restaurant (the Café at Hawk Creek). Both have good local fare with the Trading Company stocking a nice selection of wine and essentials as well as an espresso bar.
A few other things to note:
- We have fast wifi for those of you looking to work from the coast!
- Our home was built in 1979, it retains that relaxed original charm, but please note that there are areas that aren't hotel style crisp (in our opinion, it's part of the charm!)! It's a relaxed space that you will enjoy if you love charming beachfront homes only steps away from the shoreline!
- The home is a quiet retreat and NOT set up for you to invite extra guests, throw parties, or arrange photo shoots. Please be honest in your booking about the number of people staying and if you plan to invite extras - communicate this in advance.
- Photoshoots of any kind are prohibited unless arranged with the host in advance.
