Ideally located in the heart of the city center, our lovely studio is on the splendid and historical Garibaldi square in a typical building on the edge of the old town along the Castle Hill.
The entrance to the building is located between the terraces of Restaurant Café de Turin.

You can find a place around the building.

** How to reach the appartement **
Our apartment is located above the restaurant "Café de Turin" at the 2° floor with lift.
Our apartment is easily accessible by most means of transport.
- By car, take the exit 'Port' of the tunnel of the Paillon.
- By train, take the tram that stops in front of the building at the stop “Place Garibaldi”.
- By plane, take bus 98 also stops in front of the building at the stop “Place Garibaldi”.
Then, whether it is by car, tram, bus or on foot, since Garibaldi Square is extremely well served, going around in Nice is not complicate at all. Visiting all Nice and its amazing surroundings (Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Italy etc. ..) is therefore nice and easy!
Last but not least, various parking facilities are close by.
The room is too small even for just a one person. A lot of noise coming from the street until the late night. Location is ideal, you can reach every major city's sightseeing. And there is a rule that you have to pay extra 20 euros on Sunday's arrival. Overall taking into account the price per night this is not the last choice in Nice.
We haven't seen Salvatore, his assistant met us, she was very helpful and gave us all information about transport, Nice and explained us how to get to the appartment easily!
The appartment was very clean and tidy, but very small. It was hot in the room at nights, also very noisy outside.
To access the second bed you need to climb upstairs and because of the low ceiling it's ok only for a child. So my son slept there :)
Salvatore provided everything for us, even the large booklet with all activity and food recommendations.
The location is perfect - walking distance to the sea and old town (also flower market and park with playgrounds and fountains). There are lovely cafes on Garibaldi square, it was very nice to have dinner after a long day right near the house.
We had very pleasant impression and
I hope, next time we'll stay there again!
Salvatore is a great host. Very welcoming and gives you some very good tips for things to do in Nice. Was very responsive to Whatsapp messages.
The apartment itself was clean and functional. It was fine for me - I was travelling alone so didn't really need much. I could imagine that for more than a couple of people it would be a bit of a squeeze.
Location is fantastic though bring ear plugs.
the room is small but contains everything we need.the location is wonderful, very close to subway, rer (website hidden) the way,the host is very nice and helpful.definately a great place to stay.
The only good thing about the house is the location. The house is not only so small also dusty. If you are travelling by yourself, its fine. Otherwise i dont recommend you to choose this house. There was no pillow in the house. The bed nearly doesnt fit to the apart. You have to struggle with the bed to open it. Futhermore, to get the key you have to go to the agency of the host and its kind of far from the city around 5-6 km.
The location was absolutely amazing- walking distance from the sea and old town. The place itself was very cramped, however for the price we have paid it was a very fair deal.
The overall impression is very positive, therefore 'Thank you Salvatore for your hospitality!'
The place was amazingly located, and Salvatore provided everything for us, including great food and activity recommendations! I'm yet to see a more prepared bnb host. With 3 people, and 2 of us over 6 ft tall, it was tight. The apartment definitely seemed larger than we thought. I would certainly recommend this for 2 people however!!
