Ideally located in the heart of the city center, our lovely studio is on the splendid and historical Garibaldi square in a typical building on the edge of the old town along the Castle Hill. First extension of the old-town northward, Garibaldi square is the second most important square in Nice and is central to the life of the city.
Everything that the seaside, the historical centre, the Castle Hill, the harbour, the main street and down-town have to offer is at your door! Whether you are looking for beach, walks along the seaside, cultural tourism, typical or modern restaurants, shopping or night-life, everything is at few minutes walking distance! (see pictures)

Our apartment is located above the restaurant "Café de Turin" at the 2° floor with lift.
Our apartment is easily accessible by most means of transport.
- By car, take the exit 'Port' of the tunnel of the Paillon.
- By train, take the tram that stops in front of the building at the stop “Place Garibaldi”.
- By plane, take bus 98 also stops in front of the building at the stop “Place Garibaldi”.
Then, whether it is by car, tram, bus or on foot, since Garibaldi Square is extremely well served, going around in Nice is not complicate at all. Visiting all Nice and its amazing surroundings (Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, Italy etc. ..) is therefore nice and easy!
Last but not least, various parking facilities are close by.
The location doesn't get better than this, right in the centre of it all. There is a small price to pay in terms of traffic noises, but if you want to explore Nice on foot, Place Garibaldi is tough to beat.
The flat is small as described, but everyting was spotless, clean and tidy. The booking for my business trip was rather short notice, but Salvatore was completely on the ball and everything about the handover went smoothly. Thank you, Salvatore, for making it happen!
A super B&B in the Golden Square of Nice with lots of restaurants and terrasses and the charming Old Nice nextdoor.
The hôtes Salvatore and Stephane are very helpfull.
We extended our stay in Nice because of the comfort and ease of access of this apartment. Though not very large, the place was perfect for what we needed and had many amenities for cooking and cleaning (laundry was a nice touch). The place is clean and new, well located near to the old city, and with great shopping, sites, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Salvatore was very accommodating when we had train troubles and had to check in a day later. All in all a great experience and we could not have asked for a better place to stay in Nice!
Very small but very nice apartment in the middle of old city center. Excellent location. We had everything we needed there. Stephane was very nice and explained everything. The flat was very clean.
We would stay there again.
I didnt get to meet Sal because he was out of town but his cousin Stephan met me at the place and gave me the keys. He was wonderful and kind. He was able to show me what direction was what, give me the keys and helped me when the internet wasnt working.
The place is clean and just as described. It is an easy bus ride to and from the airport.
The flat is at an amazing location -right in the centre of town. Salvatore was very helpful. The wifi wasn't working when we were there on the first day but he came and fixed it. The flat was fairly small but really well decorated. Would recommend it.
Salvatore is a very professional airbnb host. The apartment was very small (as the photos indicate), however it is in such a great location and it's perfect if you want to explore Nice. We had a problem with the wifi, but Salvatore responded quickly and fixed the problem. Thank you for our stay!
The reservation was canceled 23 days before arrival. This is an automated posting.
The location on Garibaldi square is terrific. Right at the heart of Nice with fairly easy access to anywhere or anything you need. The surface train stops right in front of the building and there is a major bus stop right around the corner (making it easy to hop a bus over to Eze or Monaco or anywhere in the city). Plenty of great dining and shopping options in the area as well.
The apartment itself is small. But for the price it is hard to complain. There is a shower and toilet in the room (never a given in this price range). There is also free laundry down the hall (which was a huge bonus). There is a small, but functional kitchen (with microwave). The building itself is secure and the neighbors seemed fairly quiet.
The only real negative was the noise outside. Part of the price for being in the center of the city is the cars, trains, and people that are constantly present right outside your window. If you are a light sleeper, that could be rough. I think it was worth it, given the location, but I can ignore noise pretty easily.
Overall I think it was a good value and Salvatore seems like a friendly and honest person to rent from. I would recommend this location for anyone trying to travel on a budget.
Salvatore's apartment was a great place to stay in the center of Nice. Close to the the beach, shops and the bus to Monaco, as well as being an amazing square with lots of bars/restaurants and a helpful supermarket.
It was a squeeze for three of us but for the overall value of the apartment it was worth it.
I would definitely stay again, Salvatore is a great host!
