The space
Let me guide you to our studio apartment. Coming from the hustle and noise of the city center, you will follow the road upwards leading you to the free parking right in front of the villa.
Coming up the stairs you will see the first iron gate. Here one of us will welcome you and lead you to your studio.

First, you will enter the garden with a dining table and BBQ that is for your use only. In the background, you will hear the sounds of running water from the fountain.

From there we walk to the entrance of your studio apartment. Right next to you is another studio apartment where other guests are staying. Keep in mind they are walking the same road as you, so they might pass you in the garden.

Once entering the studio you will see the kitchenette and dining table. Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? That's why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner.

Then we have the bedroom with a queen-sized bed with a memory foam top mattress. In front of you big glass door that you can open to enjoy the view of the garden.

The small seating area can be used as a laptop space for remote workers.

Ensuite you have the bathroom with shower, toilet, and sink. Of course, we provide you with all the essentials like toilet paper, a hairdryer, soap, shampoo, and towels.

The whole room is airconditioned for the hot summer days. For the cooler days, no worries, it is heated by central heating.

There is no washing machine or dryer in the unit, but can be done on request. We do provide you with a drying rack outside on your terrace.

We don't allow smoking, E-cigarettes, or vaping inside the studio. Outside on the terrace is an ashtray where you can do so.

Guest access
You have access to the garden and BBQ facilities. And you can use the whole studio apartment. The area next to your entrance door is for other guests.
Please have in mind that the other guests (of the studio next to you) need to pass the garden to enter their studio. The other guests are not allowed to use your garden and BBQ facilities.

Other things to note
For guests who are traveling with a baby or toddler we provide you free of charge with a pack and travel bed, linen and towels included. We also have a baby bath and feeding chair. Please inform us if you would like these extras installed in the apartment.

During your stay, it is included to do some cleaning, and refreshen your towels and with a longer stay of 4 nights, we also refreshen the linen. More details about how to enjoy these facilities you can find in our binder that is installed on the desk.

Coming from the hustle and noise of the city, you will take the road upwards to the bottom of the hill. Our villa is the last building on the street, so almost no traffic.

Right in front of the villa, you have free street parking.

Although you enjoy the more silenced area of Budva, you are just a 10 minutes walk away from the center.

As Montenegro has hardly flat areas, keep in mind that the road is a bit steep.

Down the road is a small market where you can buy every morning fresh bread and essentials.
