  • Nice apartement and very good located. We could visit all the historic places by foot. Everything was fine and we enjoyed our stay in beautiful Roma!

  • Wonderfull appartment in an amazing area!
We loved the appartment and it's central location. The neighbourhood was wonderfull and full of all sorts of shops, places to eat and enjoy yourself. You can spend an entire evening sitting at the piazza and watching people!

The appartment was clean and tidy! It has everything you need.
    We even cooked one evening!

Frederico was easy to contact and very flexible.

If I return to Rome (and I have to because I threw a coin in the Trevvi Fountin) I will definately stay in this appartment again!

    Thanks Frederico!

    With many regards,
    Esther Pruijsen

  • Very nice trip in Rome thanks to a lovely apartment very well located. The apartment is very clean and spacious. The location is ideal to discover the whole city walking.
The only think we regreted is the noise during the night : indeed the windows are old so that we hear too much the circulation of the big street next to the place.

  • Pros: Clean apartment, excellent location (close to the 'action' of the Piazza Navona and Campo di Fiori, the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain), great restaurant recommendations (we enjoyed the stuffed grape leaves at Cul de Sac!) and easy check-out (just left the keys on the table).

Cons: We were told by a woman when we dropped our things off (11:30a.m.) that we could come back to the apartment in an hour a half after it was cleaned, we came back after that time only to find out that we couldn't get into the apartment until 3p. We understood that 3p was the check-in time, but wish we wouldn't have spent time walking back and forth between the apartment!! The hot water only lasts for a VERY short time.

Regardless, these 'cons' shouldn't deter anyone from renting from Federico as we throughly enjoyed our stay in his apartment and would certainly return!!

    Response from Federico:

Thanks for your comments Ashely, It's important to clarify that we did a favor to you and usually to other guests when we can, to make you check in earlier that official check in time as you said, it means that you can drop your luggage and get the keys but the apartment has to be clean still, so we expect from you to be patient to come back when the apartment is ready and sometimes cleaning can take longer! all the best

  • No communication since booking, tried several times. Arrived and had to wait 2+ hours, lucky there was a great place for lunch across the road. Then got in, the hot water didn't work so we called the host. Had 3-4 people in and out the whole 4 days we were there trying very hard to fix it. The water then started leaking through the floor and the shop owner below wasn't happy. Must have had problems with the pipes. As a result of the issues we were given a free transfer
To the train station. (the driver was 20 minutes late and we almost missed our train!) but at least the gesture was offered to us for the hassle which we appreciated

Location was great, heaps of stuff you need nearby and 10 mins walk from Pantheon, 15 from Trevvi fountain. Bus close. Good size very clean and enough for 5 but best for 4!

  • We had a great stay!
I would happily recommend staying here. The flat is exactly as pictured and is in a great location. Clean, tidy and within walking distance to most of the major tourist attractions. The hosts are friendly and attentive, I couldn’t have asked for anything more

  • The apartment was fantastic, perfect for our needs, in a lovely fairly quiet street a few minute walk to the Campo di Fiori or Palazzo Navona. Federico and Jazmin were very helpful and gave us some great tips for eating out too!

  • EXCELLENT LOCATION. Very central but just enough out of the way to avoid noisy streets. Spacious apartment overall. Comfortable bedroom and living area, with tv, sofa, table and chairs, kitchen had all necessary amenities. Good bathroom but hot water didn't seem to last long.

  • Federico's place in Rome is well-situated in the heart of the city. Getting to all the sights was incredibly easy, and there's a fantastic piazza close by for some excellent food. The flat itself is clean and well-stocked. Sounds from the street are easily heard in the flat, and late night party-goers are quite common in the area. Might not be the best for light-sleepers.
Frederico is incredibly responsive to all inquiries and requests. We added another person to our party shortly before the trip, and he made all necessary arrangements. There were also issues with the hot water from the shower. Take quick showers!

    Absolutamente recomendable.
