Lovely place for a family holiday, fab location withing walking distance to absolutely everything including Old Antibes, the beach, Juan les Pins.
This is our holiday home, and you really are our guests - this is not a professionally managed apartment! We love sharing our home with people from all over the world.
The apartment is in a fantastic location at the entrance to Cap D'Antibes between Juan Les Pins and Antibes, this 2 bedroom garden apartment is in a private gated residence which has its own swimming pool. The apartment has a 2 terraces - one which also has a little garden. They are in the shade at different times of the day. The kitchen terrace is big enough to seat a large table. Perfect for a relaxing family holiday in one of the most beautiful and holiday locations in Europe.
Its a ground floor garden apartment which means it benefits from a lovely through breeze so that even in the hotter months it is possible to do without air conditioning (which is also provided in the main bedroom & living room) if you prefer.
The apartment is fully furnished with a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms (one with a king size double bed , one with 2 or 3 single beds). The beds are good hard matresses. 2 recently renovated bathrooms (1 ensuite shower room to the double bedroom), & separate wc. Brand new kitchen, with induction hobs, oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. We have toddler friendly crockery and cutlery too.
Air conditioning in the living room and the main bedroom, dyson fan in the second bedroom. wifi and secure off road parking within the development - accessed via electric gate.
Accommodation for 4 or 5 persons. We think it is perfect for families with 2 - 3 children and we can provide extra facilities for babies on request. We have bed guards, toddler steps, potty, high chair, all child friendly equipment. We have masses of games and books, local guides and maps, restaurant recommendations, board /card games and beach toys & towels are also all provided.
The apartment is within walking distance to all amenities with something to interest almost anybody. A beautiful sandy beach is a few minutes’ walk away - Salis Plage - with water sports and boat rentals. The Salis Plage is one of the two main public beaches in Antibes. Its beautiful sand is scrupulously cleaned every day at dawn which makes it extremely popular with families and, because of its breakwaters, very safe. Two great sailing schools are located there. The local shops (boulangerie, tabac and a well stocked grocery) are also just a few minutes walk away, providing all you need for self catering holiday.

Masses and masses of fantastic restaurants are within easy reach on foot in both Juan les Pins and Antibes. Aside from being within easy walking distance of both Antibes and Juan les Pins the apartment is right in the entrance to Cap d'Antibes, which is well recognized as an area of outstanding natural beauty. The apartment is ideally located for exploring it on foot. We like to walk the famous 'Smugglers Path' around the Cap, and to scout out the numerous coves including Millionaires' Bay.
One of our favourite walks from the apartment is a 10 minute stroll along the sea front and through the ramparts (stop off for a game of boules/petanque on the way....) into picturesque centre of old Antibes, which offers much to see, do and buy with its ancient narrow streets and tumble of shops, top class restaurants and boutiques. A 5 -10 minute walk in the other direction takes you to Juan les Pins with its famous beaches and night life, with something for everyone from toddlers to teenagers! In high season carousels, dodgems, trampolining and go-carts remain open late into the evening for the children of all ages. In July and August, Juan les Pins is full of energy around the clock with numerous night clubs, live music and firework festivals.
Antibes itself is located between Nice and Cannes (a 20 minute drive in each direction). Just outside Antibes towards Nice are amusement parks for families (Marineland, Acquasplash) which make for action packed day trips. Within half an hour’s drive you can access the mountains with stunning scenery:- gorges, lakes, fast flowing rivers, forests, and many charming medieval hilltop 'perched' villages, such as Mougins, Biot, Grasse, Gourdon, and Saint Paul de Vence. Possibilities are too many to mention - a great area.
You can easily manage on public transportation, we are 2 mins from the nearest bus stop and 10 mins from the nearest train station, but we prefer (and recommend) to hire a car to get the best value out of the area.
For stays for longer than 7 days a compulsory 1x week cleaning service is provided, at a surcharge of 60 EUR per week. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
Late checkout will incur extra charges at the daily rate.
This is a NON SMOKING property. PETS are not permitted in rental units under any conditions.
Security deposit is fully refundable , provided the following provisions are met:
•Keys are safely left in the apartment;
•The cleaning surcharge of EUR 150 is left in full in cash for the housekeeper when you leave;
•No damage is done to property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
•All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in rubbish bin, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
•All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
•No linens, towels, other soft furnishings or equipment are lost or damaged.
•No early arrival or late departure.
•Swimming pool passes are left inside the apartment upon departure.
CLEANING SERVICE While linens, bath towels and beach towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, cleaning services may be available by advance arrangement with the housekeeper and subject to availability at an additional rate of EUR 20 per hour.
PARKING – Parking is limited to one vehicle subject to availability which will be confirmed by agreement with you prior to arrival. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
WATER AND (URL HIDDEN) NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages equal to the cost of repair.

We're listing our holiday apartments in Cap D'Antibes in the South of France. I've been holidaying there since before I was born, and our family have owned these holiday apartments for 3 generations. My husband and I still go there with our three boys every year with friends and family, and what amazes us is that we consistenty find something there for everyone's tastes and interests. At the moment our favourite thing is to play boules in old Antibes - nexy year, who knows! We've disovered that we enjoy the pleasure that other people get from staying in our holiday homes - in general our guests also treat our home like they would their own and I love finding out what they enjoy doing in this great little corner of the world.
