a dishwasher, a microwave, a 4-ring induction hob and a microwave. There is also a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, pans, crockery and cutlery.
In the living room stands a large corner sofa that could be used to sleep on. This makes the apartment suitable for 3 adults or a family with one child.
The bedroom has a comfortable 2 - person boxspring Tempur , a spacious wardrobe and a fan. There is a balcony with the washing machine and water heater, with views of the mountains and the park behind it.
Above the apartment is a large lockable terrace where the possibility exists for sunbathing, laundry drying or to enjoy the view. Underneath the apartment block is located a non-public car park which gives access via a key or a remote control to.

There is someone out of the neighborhood that provides the cleaning and available for answers of simple questions or resolve little problems.

The apartment block is easily accessible for persons with mobility disabilities. The block consists two floors and has an elevator.

A deposit of 200 euros must be paid in advance. Another 50 euros is counted for cleaning the apartment. These will be deducted from the deposit.
The standard consumption of electricity is based on exceeding 15 kW per day, based on 2 people family. If this amount is exceeded a 0.20 cents per 1 kWh will be charged. This amount will be transferred on derecognition to the contact.
In the apartment smoking is not allowed.
We charge an additional contribution to the cleaning fee of 25 euros when there are pets brought to the apartment.
