Beautiful peaceful waterfront, 4 mile stocked lake, safe beach, good fishing, hot tub, non-motorized boats, wi-fi giving possibility of "WORKING FROM HOME" 75 minutes from Aylmer, 4 buildings (cottage, loft building with 2 separate private bedrooms, loft with double bed & single bed, 2 bunk houses, each with 2 double & 2 single beds), all appliances including dishwasher, washer & dryer & coffee makers including Keurig, waffle maker etc.)Trail close by for 4-wheeler, skidoo, or just hiking.

The space
Close to marked trails around the lake, Chutes Coulonge Park with ziplining (see their website), whitewater rafting, Mont Chilly is 42 minutes away for skiing (see their website), 9 hole golf course 30 minutes, 10 kms to restaurants, gas, groceries, etc.skating on lake, 10 minutes to Leslie Lake campground and sandy public beach, ice fishing, hunting, waterfront property with hot tub, very quiet and peaceful, indoor wood stove, 2 Tvs, 1 with satellite, internet, wifi, tree house. Everything included, all you need is food & personal items.
NO CHARGE FOR CHILDREN UNDER 10 YEARS OF AGE.

whole property available includes separate loft building & 2 bunkhouses (2 double beds and 2 single beds) These bunk buildings are not insulated for winter use. 75 minutes from Ottawa/Gatineau.

Other things to note
The 2 bunkhouses (2 double and 2 single beds each) ARE NOT AVAILABLE DURING THE COLD SEASON AS THEY ARE NOT INSULATED. THEREFORE REDUCING THE NUMBER OF BEDS TO 7 IN WINTER.
