Ellen & Jack
We really had a great experience here. This house is literally just down the road a couple of miles from Sabino Canyon, which was a highlight. It's also very close to Safeway, Walgreens, and plenty of other shopping and eating options. The neighborhood is excellent, small enough to walk around, with two pools and recreation options. There were lots of birds, which my in-laws enjoyed. The house itself was very comfortable and clean. Everything worked great (fully stocked kitchen, washing machine/dryer, two great bathrooms). We enjoyed having the kitchen available so that we could cook our meals. But best of all was the backyard, which is fully enclosed with a waist high fence and has no cactus at all. Our 22-month old loved the backyard, and it was a great place to let her roam while we sat and enjoyed the outside. We had excellent weather in early May, but even in the heat of the summer this backyard would be great. Finally, Jack stopped by to make sure that everything was going well for us, which was quite nice of him. We'd definitely stay again.
Ellen and Jack's home had everything we needed for a great travel experience. We especially liked being so close to Sabino Canyon.
This townhouse is wonderful. Jack Davis is a very considerate host. He is now a friend. My wife Mary and I loved staying in Jack's townhouse for five months from November 15, 2014 to April 14, 2015. We're returning for the 2015-16 winter. The townhouse development is full of super neighbors. There is access from the development to walking & bicycling routes along the Tanque Vede Creek and through nearby neighborhoods. I highly recommend Jack's townhouse. You will love staying here.
This is the second time we have stayed here for 2 months at each visit and we could have easily and happily stayed here longer. A very comfortable house in a super quiet community with friendly neighbors and an awesome pool and hot tub. All the appliances work well and I appreciated all the cooking dishes and bowls and especially the baking stuff (beater and spatula and pie plate, etc.) Communicating with Jack is enjoyable because he's very friendly and super responsive. We'd for sure stay here again and again and again.
Jack was prompt and clear in all his communications. Thanks to his good directions check-in was smooth as silk. The unit is comfortable and very conveniently located. We would certainly stay there again.
very comfortable house and quiet too even though its really close to a busy street. there is something to be said about 'old' harvest gold appliances; they do the job well. The washer and dryer and oven were in topnotch working condition. The bed was very comfortable and there was always lots of hot water. Communicating with Jack was always pleasant and enjoyable. All our questions were answered promptly. my husband and i stayed there for 2 months.
