The best location you can get in Rome, one of the best views ever, and a beautiful little terrace. 3 ingredients that will make your stay unique.
Can sleep up to 5 people. Extremely quiet and well decorated. Be prepared to climb up to the 4th floor!
The apartment is extremely bright and quiet. It has been recently restored, it has beautiful wooden ceilings and stunning views from each window. It is composed of a master bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa bed and a wooden loft with 2 single beds, dining room, from which you can enjoy a beautiful view onto S. Peter's Cupola while having breakfast or dinner or a nice glass of wine, fully equipped bathroom and kitchen, and a nice and pleasant balcony, from where you can enjoy the view on Roman's roofs and the heart of Rome.
The apartment can sleep up to 5 people. It is on a 4th floor with no elevator. Independent heating, A/C, dish washer, washing machine, hair dryer.
The apartment could not be better located. It is only 100 meters from the square of Campo dei Fiori, and only a few steps from Piazza Farnese and Piazza Navona, and also Rome's main attractions are just walking distance.
The area is famous for the large choise of restaurants, cafes and pubs, and to get lost in the small streets around the house still finding small artisans shops and fashion boutiques at the same time is just priceless!
Transportation available for all the other areas of the city. Taxi station just round the corner.
To make your stay unforgettable I can organize for your transfers from and for the airport, breakfast basket, lunch or dinner at the apartment, and if you have a special event to celebrate, just let me know and I will be happy to make arrangements for you.
All my guests have access to the entire apartment and to the pleasant balcony from where you can enjoy one of the best views ever!
I usually await guests at the address of the apartment, so that I can explain everything regarding the property. I am available for advices, such as restaurants and nice place to visit, so prepare your questions and I will give you all the answers when will meet in Rome! I am always reachable by mail or by phone… so if you need to get in touch with me during your stay, or before the arrival, no worries!
I guess that this apartment is located in one of the best neighborhoods of Rome. Why? Because even if million of tourists walk on those streets everyday, you can still have an authentic feel. You can still find many small artisans shops, and the market of Campo dei Fiori still gives that authentic vibe.
On the other hand, some of the best stylish restaurants and boutiques, have chosen this area for their new openings, so it is a sort of great union between old and new!
Last but not least, the Big Beauty of some places such as Piazza Navona, the Patheon, Piazza Farnese, Via Giulia… and much more.
On the main street Corso Vittorio Emanuele, you can many buses available for all directions.

A cute, quiet and comfy apartment in a great location. Melissa's apartment was a perfect base for our family of four to explore Rome from during our 5 day stay. All the major attractions are in walking distance and there are plenty of good food options close by. Melissa arranged transport from the airport for us and met us at the apartment to go over the ropes. She also responded quickly by email to any queries we had during our stay. A great place to stay in Rome - highly recommended!
My partner and I spent 5 days in Rome staying at Melissa's great flat right next to Campo dei Fiori. The flat is in a great location, has fantastic views and is really comfortable. We'd definitely recommend it to anyone coming for a short stay as you can walk everywhere from this centrally located flat.
Location, location, location! Great area to stay in, walking distance to anywhere, lovely market around the corner. The apartment is on a small quiet street, yet it's very lively and lots to do day and night within a 2 minutes walk.
Melissa was very nice to arrange for a cab to meet us at the airport and bring us to the apartment and everything went according to schedule.
The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The only downside is the shower which needs some TLC ASAP. The shower head needs to be replaced and for some reason the hot water comes and goes during an even quick shower so it was definitely not enjoyable to take a shower at the end of the day...
Other than that, great place for a family visiting Rome.
We had a lovely long weekend stay in Melissa's apartment. It is wonderfully located a minute's walk from Campo De Fiori and walking distance to the Vatican City, Colluseum and all major sights. The bed was very comfortable, the view of St Peter's Basilica from the kitchen window was really nice and the apartment was clean and well presented. Melissa was helpful in booking us taxis to and from the airport and reccomending restaurants nearby. Negatives - The kitchen was lacking a few essential appliances, the shower was quite small and some of the lights in the louge were not working. The apartment is located up four flights of stairs which was a bit exhauting at the end of each day but overall we enjoyed our stay very much!
Lovely, quirky apartment in a great location. Stayed here with our two teenage kids for a short city break, it had everything we needed. We loved the views of St Peters from the apartment, supermarket just round the corner, good local market at Camp dei Fiori, but venture off the square for better value restaurants and somewhere a little quieter to eat. Melissa is really helpful and friendly, we would highly recommend this as a great place to stay.
Melissa was great! She was incredibly responsive and arranged for a pick-up from the airport. She was very conscientious. The apartment was just wonderful!! My friend and I had an excellent time.
We loved our stay. The apt was even more fun than pictured. The proximity to the Campos fiori market and other attractions was perfect. Do not miss taking the little 116 bus to the borgessi museum. Bring your ipad to Italy! Good Internet in the apt. Ask Sara for transportation from airport. Worth the 45 e. Sara greeted our daughter at the apt and was so friendly and helpful.
My girlfriend and I had a lovely time staying in Melissa's apartment. Melissa has perfect English so there is no problem with talking to her. I had called Melissa a few days before to explain that we were on an early morning flight and that if it was possible could we check in before 1pm, she was more than happy to accommodate.
The apartment itself is in the perfect location and from my eyes has been recently renovated. As nice as the photos are they still don't do the apartment justice. The balcony was an absolute treat when you want to be alone with a bottle of red.
We had a fantastic time.
l appartement est très bien situé avec une très belle vue.
Je le recommanderai pour un séjour estival mais pas en hiver car le chauffage n'est pas assez performant et certaines pièces sont très difficiles à chauffer d'autant que celui ci n'était pas allumé avant notre arrivée;
