Sorry, no pets
We live in a bicycle friendly area. You can cycle to Griffith Park and beyond.
Our home was built with a horse stable in the backyard. We converted it to an outdoor dining area/relaxation space with a full refrigerator. Guests can store their own cold beverages, and food there. Guests are welcome to use this area to enjoy their morning breakfast during warmer months. We still call it the “Stable”!
We prepare a healthy morning breakfast tray which is set out in the communal laundry area, (your choice of coffee, tea or OJ). We respect all guest's food sensitivities.
Interaction with guests
We are always home to welcome our guests and try to have a little chat daily.
We maintain an environment of trust and mutual respect.
We care about our neighbors, so kindly park directly in front of our home.
Our guests enter through the back door entrance with a four digit designated key code, usually the last digits of your home phone number.
Please no smoking.
It's a quiet friendly neighborhood, except for birds singing and horses whinnying!
