Hi Melissa! I'm sorry you felt check in wasn't as flexible. Yes, you left your luggage at our apartment while the housekeeper cleaned the apartment for you, and although formal check in is at 3pm, we managed to have it cleaned by midday so that you could check around that same time and not have to wait until 3pm. The reason we couldnt let you check in earlier is because like we told you when you made the reservation, is that we had a guest leaving in that same morning, so we needed some time to clean the apartment for you, This took us two hours in total. We are sorry you still felt you couldn't check in right away, but we did our best in letting you check in 3 hours early.
Thank you for your feedback on amenities. They were dropped off at the lobby by the time we told you, just the porters were not aware they had to ring you so you could pick them up from the lobby. This is the reason amenities were not at your door earlier. Thank you for your patience and for being such awesome guests. We hope we can host you again soon! Cheers!
